I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and in a lovely location. I would especially like to mention Samuel, who was extremely helpful, dedicated and humble, with a great sense of humour. Lovely at reception was also very kind and attentive and always made sure I was okay and comfortable. Samuel and Lovely really stood out and helped make my stay memorable.
On my first night, I arrived tired and hungry and ordered dinner to my room. Unfortunately, the meat was undercooked and still had blood in it, so I took it back and asked for it to be cooked well done. When I went near the kitchen, I was very disappointed to see a member of staff holding my meat directly in his bare hands while talking to another member of staff. I found this unhygienic and it made me uncomfortable eating the food, so I only ate the potato chips and left the meat. I feel food hygiene and handling could definitely be improved.

San Angelo Luxury Resort & Spa – Adults Only is a hotel I would highly recommend. It is a beautiful beachfront resort with fantastic service and incredibly friendly and professional staff. The hotel offers plenty of parking, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.
One of the few things that could be improved is the pillows, as they were quite firm and uncomfortable for us. The breakfast could also offer a wider variety of food options. We also noticed that the plates were not always warm and sometimes did not look as clean as expected.
However, these are only small details that could easily be improved. The hotel has great potential, and with a few improvements in these areas, the experience could be absolutely perfect.
Based on our stay, I would rate the hotel 9/10. With these small details addressed, it would definitely be a 10/10.

Excellent staff, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The beach are pool area are fabulous, with lots of space for everyone.
Sometimes, the music from the pool was overtly loud.
