The hotel itself is very clean and the breakfast options are amazing.

Upon check in and checkout, with two separate employees, I was told booking my reservation via Booking.com is very inconvenient for them because the hotel system and Booking system are not connected and it causes more work for them. I was made to feel that my reservation choice was a burden for them, they were so vocal about it. I was very surprised to hear this from both employees, I've used Booking.com for all my reservations and have never been complained to about difficulties for hotel staff. My reservation wasn't even on his list, could this have caused overbooking and loss of my lodging?

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed using the fitness center and even used the laundry room in the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Not as clean. Found dust clumps, crumbs and the light fixture was damaged and hanging down from socket in the ceiling
