Kids loved the decor and LEGO touches
Buffet dinner was good - kids especially enjoyed the self service ice-cream machine.
Close to Legoland
Kids (6 and 8) eager to return - mostly suited for younger children.
Room vs services and facilities overpriced
Buffet dinner overpriced with few choices for non-meat and non-dairy eaters.
Long queue both to check-in to hotel and to be seated for dinner. Young staff run off their feet. Centrally controlled climate in rooms that cannot be controlled neither locally, nor remotely by hotel. Vitally, it also cannot be switched off like normal air conditioning. For this reason alone I’d be hesitant to return, as room freezing cold at night and therefore not comfortable to stay in.

Brilliant one night stay at the end of our Billund trip. Three adults and two kids stayed in a wizard room - lots of space for all. Great treasure hunt for the kids to get the combination to the treasure in our room. Play areas great and we also had a good walk around the other Lego hotel which is next door. We ate at the Knights Tavern which was fun. Our flight was very early the next day so the hotel gave us packed breakfasts which we requested at check in

The hotel was in a good position. Food was good. Atmosphere of the restaurant was average. It felt like a school cafeteria. The reception was nice but the rooms very disappointing
The rooms didn’t feel clean. Very disappointing. We stayed in both buildings, and both we not good.

Staff were super friendly and it’s extremely close from the airport and Legoland.
Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows extremely small. Not much else to do other than go to Legoland around here.
Restaurant was a daylight robbery and food was very bland and average.
