Hotel Svanen, Stays & BW Signature Collection

The hotel’s location close to Legoland is definitely its biggest advantage, especially for families with children. It’s only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel to the park entrance, which is absolutely fantastic and makes visiting the park so convenient. Another lovely thing is the welcome drink for parents and juice for the children in the evening. After a busy and exciting day at the park, it’s the perfect way to relax and finish the day, especially for tired parents! Overall, the location and these thoughtful little extras make this hotel a great choice for families visiting Legoland.

The only downside, for me, was the lack of hooks for towels and clothes. Having only two hooks in the bathroom is really not enough for a family. There were also not enough hooks or hangers in the room for clothes, which would have been very useful.

Ample of parking space close to rooms. Cozy hotel. Helpful and energetic staffs. Amazing breakfast

Relaxed hotel with nice central amenities and spacious layout.

Restaurant felt slightly dated and the room got quite hot in the summer weather.

The staff were great. Especially Jan at reception.

The price quality ratio is totally out of sync. It’s more like a roadside motel in the US than a 4 star hotel. The staff might be 4 star but the rest is 2. No safe no air con. Old shower curtain. Dreadful smell in the bathroom and the breakfast is almost inedible. Charging 400 euro a night and claiming to be 4* is ridiculous. Either modify the price or sort out the accommodation.
