Great location. Nice view. Space was much nicer than the pictures made it seem. Easy check-in.
No AC but it wasn’t too bad with the fan and open windows. Up several flights of steep stairs, we were able to carry our suitcases up without any issue but you may have difficulty if you’re not used to heavy lifting / stairs.

Apartment JFDL 3 was very well equipped, featuring a wide bed, a TV, and two balconies; the beautiful views and the option of an inflatable hot tub were delightful.
Access to the building is a bit difficult due to steep stairs, but we were aware of this and managed fine; you also need to take into account other guests staying on the floor below.

Location was ideal and the rooms were clean
The instructions were incredibly long and difficult to decipher. It would have been easier to receive instructions for only your assigned room but instead we received it for all the rooms.
Some one also tried to aggressively open our bedroom door - we brought it up to the host who didn’t really acknowledge it. It did make the stay uncomfortable. Also we’re not allowed to eat on the property - although there’s a fully equipped kitchen. We had food we wanted to warm up for dinner but we’re not allowed to use the kitchen or eat in the space. It was bizarre. If you’re leaving from the port be mindful of steep stairs (in addition to the stairs at the bnb)
Wifi only works in common area
Overall it wasn’t a welcoming accommodation- stay only for location- don’t expect anything else
