Perfect getaway place for 1 or 2 couples. Additional charge for a 5th and limited to 5 maximum, including children. - A few minutes to access downtown, day trips to hill country or local commute to downtown businesses. NOTE: Queen Master, Queen Sleeper sofa, Double second bedroom. 3-5 minutes to downtown via car, $8 cab ride or 20 minute walk. On Ladybird Hike and Bike Trail: 3, 7, 10 miles routes. Gated community with covered parking. Google Fiber, fully stocked kitchen, W/D 1st floor flat, no stairs in unit. 11 stairs from parking lot to units. Perfect for law student interns during the summer, SXSW/ACL guests staying 5 or more days in Austin. Long term UT football game arrangement can be made. Please note: This property does not meet Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). Local taxes are 11%.

Artistic condo with art from the homeowner. Cozy and perfectly located on the boardwalk. Great view of the city at night and conveniently placed near all sorts of restaurants, bars and entertainment

Wonderful property and excellent host. Comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Easy parking and walkable neighborhood. Consider repairing garbage disposal and enhancing lighting in second bathroom.

We were in town for the F1 race weekend and this was the perfect location! Easy access, quick Uber to downtown, great restaurants and food trucks in walking distance, access to waterfront trails. The house has everything we needed for our stay and had plenty of space for our group. Definitely recommend this property!

The property is in a very nice gated community. We had a view of Lady Bird Lake from the porch which was nice. The house was very clean. The kitchen was wonderful. Very well appointed. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. I was a little concerned about the bathroom rug as I almost slipped a couple times getting out of the shower. Ended up just taking them up. There is no closet in the second bedroom and the dresser was kinda rickety but we managed.
The owners were very responsive when we needed to call about a couple of minor issues. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time here.
Note: we went for a walk and took the key to the gate as we were told, but when we tried to get back in, the key didn’t work. If this happens to you, just go in through the car gate, using the code. Easy peasy.

Great location and safe neighborhood.
Refrigerator is loud and the ice maker doesn't stop making ice. It over flows.
Bathroom towels were brand new with tags still on them. A wash and dry would have alleviated a ton of lint. Didn't notice until showers had already taken place.
Neighbors upstairs make a lot of noise walking around. This would have been nice to know.
King beds would be more comfortable.
Would have liked a quick check in from our host when we arrived and a second one prior to checking out.
Nice touch on the send a post card home with attached stamps.

This was a nice apartment with a great location just across the river from downtown Austin. Close to just about everything. The apartment complex is gated and in a decent area.

The unit was very clean and very spacious. Amy was easy to contact and she responded quickly. Amy also made sure the unit had everything we needed. The pictures should be updated to show how beautiful this unit is in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in central Austin.

Traveled to Austin to attend a conference. The condo was a short six minute drive to the downtown conference center. Local restaurants just a short walk away.

This property is in a great location. It was just as described in the listing. The furnishings were very comfortable, and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, Amy was very responsive and available for questions.
I think we came in the off season or just beginning of busy season . The pool wasn’t available during our stay as they were doing maintenance -probably nothing Amy herself could do anything about . Is was pretty warm out so we ventured to find other water places. Overall great place.

I’m from San Antonio and met a friend from Ohio for a long weekend exploring Austin. We loved the location, and took several long walks along the river, enjoying the views. There were plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The only bad part was a surprise ice storm / winter storm which prompted us to leave a day early! Everything was perfect!

I come to Austin once per year for an industry trade show, and this is the best location I’ve stayed in yet. Close to everything, and yet a nice getaway with a great setting along the river. The property was clean and comfortable for myself and a colleague.

We stayed here for ACL. Great condo, very comfortable place, easy Uber ride to the festival or local attractions, we even walked along the river trail to some places.

Everything about our stay was great! The location was beautiful and extremely convenient for exploring Austin. The condo was extremely clean, and it is located in a quiet friendly community. Communication was great regarding check in/check out and was quick and easy if we needed anything. Thank you for being so accommodating and making our stay in Austin so enjoyable! Can't wait to come back!

This is a great place to stay. Had no issues at all. Communication with owner very prompt, location of property is excellent, easy parking and access to unit. Unit itself was great also, beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us in the group. Loved the riverside walkway. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Location is fabulous, the city view walk on LadyBird lake was really nice and close and easy to access, food trucks located nearby were fantastic too. Lovely balcony area and the home was clean and very comfortable.

Great place to stay in Austin
We stayed in March and had lovely weather. You're right on the trail to walk downtown, which is a beautiful 30-40 minute walk. The home itself provides everything you need and is quite comfortable. Amy is a great communicator, so you should have an easy time.
