The staff is very friendly and always with the best attitude, always helpful.
The food at the buffet was really good!
The servers were fantastic always there for us
The air conditioning in my room wasn’t cold all the time
The music at the family party (World cup 2026 inauguration ) the Dj didn’t think and played a very sexually and vulgar explicit song that wasn’t appropriate for families with kids.

La comida en el buffet y restaurantes es muy buena.
La atención del mayordomo Moisés es excelente, realmente resuelve tus necesidades.
La playa privada es muy bonita.
El equilibrio precio y producto es muy bueno.
Fui al área Family, y da exactamente al lado del auditorio de eventos, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque el ruido en la noche era excesivo y no dejó dormir a mis hijos.
Tuvimos un tema con el agua caliente del cuarto que arreglaron.
Los cuartos son un poco viejos.

Family Selection has a great pool and poolside food options. The view is amazing. Ocean tide pool is great. The Magic show was the best for having kids be engaged and watching every movement.
Food at restaurants was hard to eat. Dry and flavorless. I had a ribeye that I am not sure was cow as it had zero flavor and very very chewy.
With family side there is construction next door. It wasn't terrible but not a great view from in room decks on that side. I found the experience didnt live up to the booking description or how it was presented to us at check in. The upgrade of family selection is worth it for room service if you have kids. It advertised all these things for the kids but that was not our expereince.
