We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with a living room and a beautiful view of the Dachstein. From the very first moment, we felt at home. The apartment is fully equipped, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need.
The huge dining and living area, together with the two terraces, was ideal for enjoying our morning coffee or a glass of wine outside. Having a bicycle storage and a parking area was also a big plus.
The breakfast is definitely worth trying. We also tried the Simpli Smart Family option, but for us, the amount of food was not enough, and it didn’t include any vegetables. For this reason, I would recommend the breakfast served on site on the ground floor instead.
The swimming pool was perfect — and finally, a pool where the water was genuinely warm!
I had read several reviews mentioning that the apartments were noisy. It is true that there is some background noise from the traffic when the windows or terrace doors are open. However, our apartment had two terraces, so we simply opened the door facing the garden instead. At night, we couldn’t hear the traffic at all, and the windows are very well soundproofed.
The city centre is only a 5-minute walk away.

The location is central but it’s on the main road so a bit noisy
The staff isn’t very friendly and helpful. Twice the cleaning lady came in while we’re in the room, and the other day our room wasn’t cleaned at all.

Location is perfect, breakfast was amazing - all fresh and healthy, the spa facilities were nice, especially the heated pool with the view of ski slopes, parking under roof was very convenient. We had a cozy room with a terrace right to the pool, which was unexpected and pleasant.
A lack of basic expected supplies on the room (no shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper), no room service / no towel change, no relaxation room and/or plunge after sauna.

Exquisite! Beautiful well-equipped rooms, outstanding breakfast worth a high-end restaurant, wonderful spa, hot swimming pool outside, yoga. Attention to detail is amazing from decor and breakfast presentation to guest treats in the lobby and dog treats left for our dog. Five-minute walk to the lift. Opposite side of the entrance - forest road convenient for hiking or dog walking. Didn’t feel like this for a long time (we travel constantly), gives you pre-COVID vibes of how true hospitality should look like. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect, except for the pillows (I asked to replace mine on day 1 and it was done).
