Size of room was awesome.
No elevators . There are a lot of starts to get to the check in and then if your apartment is on 2nd floor there are a lot more to climb up. Need to pack lightly if staying here. We had 2 large suitcases and was not fun lugging them . The desk attendant did help with them going up but we had to take them down.

This was the nicer of the two properties. 99 being the other sister property. 201 has a very nice host and will help you get what you need. Room is modern and nicely designed. Largest room I’ve stayed at. Room with acropolis view is the better room. Of course you don’t see the Parthenon but nice to see the hill. Perfect location in Athens for everything. We also get an old hammam massage nearly. Was the best experience ever. Ask for a medium firm massage though. Would stay here again but have been to Athens too many times.
No elevator is all to complain about Coffee or croissants available would make this a better experience. They may have coffee but I didn’t see it

Location is perfect, room very large for this central location and price
Noise isolation - you can hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. Especially a problem when they get home late - frequent wake ups in middle of night. You can literally follow a conversation.
