They say true hospitality can't be taught, and after 20+ years in hotel management (now retired) this hotel and its team is some of the best in the business! Well done, exceptional service and genuine hospitality ... this was my 4th visit and I Will keep returning!
I'd love to see the rooftop bar open in the morning for coffee and light breakfast...

location, friendly staff
need to watch out for small details that make a difference. Room cleanliness could have been better. Wobly sink and only 3 channels worked on the tv.
