We overall had a great, fun stay. Stayed in the cabin, so can only speak for that: it was was very cozy and had everything you need to make a coffee, heat food in microwave, water, etc. You are directly on the beach and have free access to the sunbeds and sunrise! While being a bit "far away" from the main central area (still close), we thought the beach area and beds were the nicest and calmest of the strip. Great possibility to extend the checkout to 1pm and with a fee even until 6pm which was amazing. Very nice staff. Friendly and lively atmosphere at the bar, if you don't mind music (and karaoke on certain days - fun!) all day. Even in low season there was always someone around for drinks/music. There is a greek restaurant right on the beach - we didn't go, but can be handy. (Go to the colonia for authentic Puerto Morelos vibes!)
Water pressure a little low and the pool is a bit run down, but still good to freshen up in.

Beautiful property directly on the beach was amazing. It was also a short walk - around 10-15 minutes to the main area with tons of restaurants and bars. The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay, which we actually quite liked as it was nice and quiet. Beach was beautiful as well. Would recommend and would love to come back.
We had a slight issue with the cabin we were staying in, but the staff were able to sort this for us with no hassle and we ended up changing into a different cabin. Staff were amazing.

Tastefully decorated and attractive apartment! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The coffee was very appreciated. The apartment was sparkling clean.
The Greek food at Muses was excellent.
We also enjoyed the beach. No sargassum! 😁 Be sure to get your wrist bands or else you’ll be charged for the palapa and lounge chairs.
I wish we had stayed longer!
Far from the town center, but there is a bar and restaurant on site so that wasn’t a problem. Again, make sure you get your wrist bands for the beach loungers and palapa or you will be unnecessarily charged. Otherwise, we really really enjoyed the place!

The location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and the main plaza. Communicating with the host was very easy and check in was also easy because of the lock box.
Unfortunately the property was not our style. It was noisy, with club music playing starting at 9:30 in the morning. The reservation said there would be two queen sized beds, but they were actually only full size. That was a bit tight for two couples. We did appreciate the additional futon bed, even though it had a hard ridge down the center of it.
