Located on the third floor this airy, sunny apartment has huge windows that let in a refreshing cross breeze. Relax on your spacious private balcony overlooking the sparkling blue pool and lush garden; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and meals. The balcony is partially shaded but has lots of sun if you want to relax in the loungers to read or sunbath. This is one of our larger apartments; spacious, comfortable, and well maintained with a king bed covered with 500 thread count sheets. Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Free Wi-Fi, bikes, and a large flat-screen TV. Linens supplied. The Abbey del Sol property has 7 comfortable apartments. Rent individually for couples and small families or in combination for groups and large families. Beautiful gardens, a refreshing pool. 2 blocks to the beach, and 8 blocks to the town square. We absolutely loved our stay. We were in apt #11, it was just perfect! We enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen, the vast terrace with shade and sun, the great views, the peaceful atmosphere. We loved exploring the village by bike, going to the market, long walks on the beach. The staff are the best, they organized a car rental for us for a day-trip. We loved everything about this village and especially about Abbey del Sol!

My husband and I stayed 4 days during Thanksgiving. We loved the apt and the view over the pool area from the extremely large balcony. The apt was well appointed and comfortable. The availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, beach bags and towels is a great "extra" perk that you don't see elsewhere. The staff is so nice and accomodating. We are looking at staying again possibly next summer. It is a bit of a walk into the square, maybe 8 blocks, but nothing most couldn't do. Just something to know for anyone with mobility challenges.

Apartment 11 was a great place to stay. Comfy beds, super well equipped kitchen, nice big balcony space. The communal pool was great (usually we were the only ones there!) and location was quiet, and close to the beach and the town. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family, and if we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Abbey del Sol for the first time in March 2023 for 2 weeks. We had a tour in 2019 and decided to book for 2023. We were very pleased with the overall villa and amenities especially the bikes. We rode everywhere and they were especially great when getting groceries. Our unit 11 was large, bright and clean and was very well equipped. We loved the traditional Mexican decor. The folks in the office were always pleasant and very helpful. Mariela helped me and booked a pedicure with a local esthetician and it was the best pedicure I ever had. We love Abbey del Sol. See you next March!

This unit has everything. It feels like home, with much better weather! The bed is very comfortable (as are all beds at Abbey Del Sol), the kitchen/living area is big and bright, and the terrace is huge! Our only complaint — it’s booked from year to year and we can’t get back in 🙁.

Apartment 11 is definitely the best apartment in the Abbey del sol property. It has the most privacy and the best view.Well-equipped and colourful.Big comfortable bed and sofa-bed.We liked everything about our stay there. The only minor point would be the street to get to Abbey del Sol. It is full of holes, which is quite dangerous when driving around with the bikes, especially as soon as it gets dark.

Best kept secret getaway in Cancun /Mayan peninsula Area
Fantastic location, 2 short blocks from the beach in a very nice and safe-feeling part of Puerto Morelos. The staff was exceptional, and I say that having stayed at 3-4 different places in Puerto Morelos. Highly recommend.
