Free beach equipment, clean room, friendly host.

Brilliant location. The cooking facilities are very useful. There are also snorkelling equipment and cooler boxes and chairs all free to use.

Very roomy, great location, clean, very nice concierge, he was extremely helpful, chairs etc. for the beach.

Ok but I will look for other places the next time I am in Puerto Morelos.

The building was fine and the room was ok.

Well first of all the mapped location on here is not where this is located. It is not on the beach side of the street. Also, it was very difficult to find because there is no sign. I called the number from the booking and the manager answered and was very nice and helped me to the location. Then when I got to the location I couldn’t figure out how to get in. It is a sliding garage door with no sign or instructions. Not awesome. The space was fine. The room was clean and nicely decorated. My biggest problem was that there was no hot water in the shower and the shower head was so old that only 1 small stream of water came out in the middle. A new shower head is like 200 pesos! I really wanted a hot shower but did not get it. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. The door to my room had a hook on the outside because I had to pull hard on the door to get it to lock. I don’t know how anyone could’ve given this place an 8. Charlie the manager was very kind and I did appreciate his efforts.

Not as advertised, stark and loud inside.

Property was not as advertised. There no living room or balcony overlooking the water. Very stark inside and loud. Also no reception area to get keys, hard to find the place.

Let op met wat er aangeboden wordt! Veel minder dan je denkt...

De bedden leken goed, maar wij hebben hier uiteindelijk niet geslapen. Een andere accommodatie gevonden.

Het complex ligt aan de andere kant van de weg, coördinaten: 20°51'13.8"N 86°52'24.2"W. Dus niet aan de strandkant op 50 meter van het strand zoals Booking.com foutief aangeeft, maar op 150 meter van het strand. Er is dus ook geen directe doorgang naar het "privéstrand", dat ook helemaal niet bestaat want het is een openbaar strand. Het "privéstrand" is gewoon een strandtent om de hoek aan de overkant van de weg op 200 meter. Het zwembad en bar op de rooftop zijn niet beschikbaar, zoals de foto's anders doen vermoeden. Het zwembad en bar behoren toe aan het penthouse. De accommodatie is sinds 24 juli geschorst (SUSPENDIDO) door de overheid van Puerto Morelos (Protección Civil - Puerto Morelos), zie de twee foto's.

Very close to the beach (100meters). You can rent kayaks, chairs, fins.. erc for free from hotel. Also in room is a kitchenette.

i loved the location and the fact that we had our kitchen and frigde. big toilet and great gadgets to take to the beach for free. it is very nice to be so close to the beach

the curtain was moldy and the pictures on the website were misleading. i also was a bit disappointed not to get an extra sheet for the other person that slept on the couch. pverall the price is too high for what you get, so it was a bit disappointing

Close to the beach, nice staff, large room, clean room, good/useful kitchenette

They have all sorts of beach stuff to borrow, everything was broken. The downstairs common area not so clean, I didn’t receive any info on how to check in or enter the property - but once I called and reached someone, they were very helpful

Fantastic location, great host, and spacious rooms.

Our host was very helpful and had many free amenities to use (kayak etc). It was so close to the beach, literally 1 block. It was also just a couple blocks away from a great beach club. The room was spacious and came with a safe. Very clean and welcoming.

The only thing that was less than stellar was the bedding. Only sheets and 2 pillows. Honestly, not even really that much of an issue. Still very comfortable, but I would recommend bringing a blanket.

Highly recommend! Excellent stay! Magnificent Vibes! Amazing view! Peaceful! Secure! Beach is one step! All restaurants & supermarket short walking distance as 5 to 9 minutes only. Description: Modern & spacious Condominio that is includes: kitchen equipments as stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV, High speed internet Wi-Fi. Everything new & updated. The Courtesy (free of charge) provides necessary things: as dish soap, shampoos, trash bags which is time & money saving! Also on property they have bicycles, snorkeling equipments and much more for comfortable vacation. I’m truly appreciate to manager his name is Charlie! He is Very professional. Super Polite. Responsive for any questions/needs, always available there for you!

Based on our experience elsewhere, we estimated that we had overpaid by double.

Safe street and location; walking distance to beach (although we did not stay there for the beach); Very clean; kitchenette might be useful to some travellers

Poorly managed for access: no door, no door bell, no entry instructions, 2nd guess to slide open the closed steel gate, found no-one on premises, knocked on various suite doors, phoned from court yard - no answer, left email - no answer; returned 1.5 hours later to try again: manager now present; he claimed he had no booking for us (that this is a problem which has happened a few times before using booking.com); he offered us a room with double bed and black folding “bed” for the 3rd adult; we declined; he then needed 1.5 hours to clean a room with sofa-bed; sofa-bed was bumpy, inferior, poor for sleeping, no blanket nor pillow provided; for a 3-star hotel the cleaning supplies should not be left in open view; steep staircase - no handrail; was advertised with free parking - parking turned out to be public street parking, not on property.

Location was excellent and bicycles were available for a nominal daily fee for riding into and around town.

overall happy and would stay again.

location was close to beach and a short walk to town center. had parking outside the secure gate. quiet area with great WiFi. nice views from balcony and a great breeze blowing.

when rains heavy, all balcony furniture gets soaked. they could do with fitting blinds or something. pool wasn’t open, he said it was for penthouse suite. didn’t say that on site when booked.

excellent place to stay in Puerto morelos and great value for money

nice apartment very clean with a good kitchen, we cooked most meals and had enough utensils. Charly was also very helpful and attentive

would be nice if the pool was open to all guests not just the penthouse, were also small ants on the floor as a gap under the door but this wasn’t a huge problem

Scam with seaview

close to the beach and the apartment is pleasant

It was a scam. I booked a room with a seaview, I have a print screen as a proof. I asked the manager about the seaview, he replied, that the seaview is not total. It turned out that I got no seaview at all. The other room I was offered instead had just a tiny sea view. I was not given an invoice either even I asked few times. Otherwise it would be very nice offer and stay.

I would stay at this location again for its location and value.

VERY NICE LOCATION. The front courtyard with entry and lounge area was nice to have. Onsite host available was very approachable. Having beach chairs and equipment available was very nice.

Property has great potential with some minor adjustments; more comfortable chairs in room. No hot water available during my stay; has a sign on how to vary the water temp--just didn't get hot. Not having access to the rooftop facilities. I was under the impression guests would have access to the rooftop--that was not the case a that area is restricted to the rental room on the rooftop. Very Disappointing for me as that was a primary reason I chose the location for my work activities.

- warm welcome - hospitality from Charly and Miquel. - 2 min walk to the beach (max 200 meter) - ability to take your beach chair and beach umbrella for free - ability to rent a bike - strong shower with warm water - ability to buy water (20L) for a decent price - Nice kitchen with everything you need - Clean and modern

location is very close to beach, having bikes for rent and transportable “beach beds” (limited capacity FIFO). accommodation is clean and comfortable. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants. Reliable WiFi for work.

Wonderful stay in a nice location, I would definitely book this place again in the future.

SanRey is right outside the main part of the beach area. It is easy to get to all the nice places on foot. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It has airconditioning, which is very nice on the hot and humid days. The host (Charly) is very friendly and always willing to help. The beach is only steps away from the apartments.

For cooking a few more pots, pans and utensils would be nice, but lets be honest: who's cooking with so many good and affordable places to eat withing walking distance. The rooms aren't really soundproof, you can hear your neighbors quite good. It didn't bother me at all, but it is good to keep in mind when you like a quiet room.

Very good

The only thing was there were a lot of sand fleas but they are everywhere on the coast - I should have used a spray but great value for the $ & 2 min walk to the sea 🌅

Couldn’t have asked for better for the price!

The room was beautifully designed and super clean. The air conditioning and wifi is fantastic. Nice balcony outside and good communal areas! The host Charley was so welcoming and kind and helped us with everything we needed.

The rooms were only separated by a door so had to be considerate of neighbours
