We don't holiday on the Gold Coast normally, so we have no point of reference. Regardless, we loved our three nights in Mantra Crown Towers. The unit was spacious and the location was great. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Cavill Ave. The living area and master bedroom are air conditioned. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are not. So I would think they would get pretty hot in summer. The kitchen has a bit of cosmetic wear and tear, but all alliances worked fine. Loved the large L shaped leather lounge. Overall a great little holiday and a great place to stay!

Accommodation was perfect for my family of 6, within walking distance of everything in surfers and beach, and the pools are amazing, the unit had everything we needed utensils and appliances wise all the mod cons, and foxtel as well in each room, but the thing that caught our attention straight away was the child locks on all doors and windows awesome idea by owner as my wife was worried about our 2 and 1/2 year old venturing out this stopped all that would highly recommend to any family wishing to stay at the gc near surfer’s for sure

Views amazing, loads of space for the family, everyone has a space to retreat to and a fantastic size lounge area for all to hang out in. The pools were a big hit with the kids, indoor and outdoor, so great for any weather. The beach just a short stroll away. We enjoyed every minute. Megan very responsive to my texts. We had a wonderful time.

A splendid week away

My kids can be hard to please but they were blown away by the location, amenities and views. One thing that was a big point of difference was the big leather six seater couch which meant we could all lounge around and watch a movie together. Parking became a slight hassle when the hotel got busy on the weekend and someone went in 'our' park that we'd been using all week, but the staff gave us a space in the other car park. Whilst there is Foxtel IQ, there is no wifi in the apartment so it was BYO mobile for all the kids' devices and any streaming services - the process was relatively easy to do by connecting the smart TV to hotspot. Apparently the hosts are considering swapping Foxtel for WiFi . The gym, pool and spa were great, as was the communal BBQ area. Communication with the hosts was friendly, timely and helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied with utensils and crockery, appliances were all working, and heating and cooling were effective. All told this apartment is very highly recommended and we had a fantastic time.

So close to everything you need, great facilities at the Mantra and the most incredible ocean views from the big balcony!! We had the best week- thankyou for making this so memorable. We can't wait to come back again soon.

The apartment was just what our family needed close to the shops, beach, public transport. Communication with the owners was fantastic, property manager was there waiting when we arrived didn't have to wait long before we got the keys unpaked and hit the pool Would definitely recommend this property for a family, we will definitely be coming back to stay again Thank you Megan, Sean and Max

The showers where absolutely filth i had to wear thongs the grime was that bad when trying to get the keys it took the manager half hour to answer hes excuse was he likes talking on the phone that after he had been contacted half hour previous that i was on my way

When we arrived our room was mistakenly given to another family. We waited over an hour and eventually given a 2 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, even though we booked a 3 bedroom apartment a lot higher up with water views. We stayed there for 2 nights before moving to our booked apartment. A two hundred dollar refund was given to us, but the anxiety and inconvenience my elderly parents went through was not worth it. How you give the keys to the wrong family is really not acceptable. Also the kitchen in particular the fridge was dirty and the bathroom had hair on the floor. This was mentioned after check in. Overall it was disappointing.

Fantastic location - just on the northern edge of central attractions, a block back from the beach front with views out to it. Very spacious, well designed layout, great sized bedrooms (each with tv). Slightly dated finishing, but clean and simply fantastic value with all a family up to 6 could ask for.
