Great house at a great location. This property is well equipped for those that are traveling light. Recent renovations have really improved the experience but lack of instructions on using the elevator, tv etc. were a bit frustrating. There were damaged doors and kitchen cabinets and the few items we called the management company about were addressed immediately. We did feel that the welcome email lacked detail and important information ( I.e. garbage and recycling days) yet we were referred back to that email when we asked the management company procedural questions. All in all it was a wonderful trip and those minor items didn’t deter from it.

Great spot on the beach but the home had many issues. To start with the mattress in each room may be new but the linens and bed pillows are years old. I don’t understand why anyone would replace a mattress and keep pillows that are small flat and yellow stained. Just gross! The master bath toilet will not flush on its own without the help of you removing the back lid, holding down the lever so the bowl fills up with water then allowing you to flush. The kitchen microwave has a short in the electrical cord. You will need to pull the microwave out a bit, reach around to the rear, locating the cord then jiggle it until the power comes back. This will need to be done at least 1-2 times a day. The door to the pantry cabinet under the microwave is hanging on by a thread. It will not close properly due to two of the hinges coming loose from the frame. All of the televisions may be new and smart but there is only one smart remote so this will need to be shared by all six bedrooms plus the living room if you plan to watch Netflix etc. We found that not all of the tv’s are connected to the internet hence no use for the smart remote in those rooms. I had my IPad so I watched what I wanted on that each night. Both of the gulf facing balconies need to be power washed. There are years worth of dirt, dust and grime built up on the screens enclosing the porches. The second floor balcony ceiling fan works but the third floor ceiling fan does not. It is seized up. The rust is so bad the pull chains are stuck. Both fans need replaced in my opinion. Half of the indoor shutters are broken and will not open or close properly. The slats are loose from the hooks that hold them in place. Most of the living room and dining room shutters have been completely removed and are in the garage leaning against the wall. One of the wooden slats on the staircase is loose. Only a matter of time before it breaks off completely. There are many beach toys, floats and chairs but the garage needs to be cleaned out. Numerous items are broken and need to be thrown away. A good sweeping would help as well. There are many nicks, scrapes, scratches and wall damage throughout the house. I realize it’s a rental but some of these are bad. As are the kitchen cabinets. The left end of the uppers are detached and broken away from the wall. My family and I still had a good time at the property and loved the closeness of the beach yet the idiosyncrasies were disappointing.

Perfect Beachfront home. Super accommodating for our 8 guests, we had ample room for everyone. All necessities were thought of, we literally had to go to the grocery store for food and sunscreen, and that was it. ( *Elevator was super helpful for luggage and groceries) Awesome restaurants were close by, (Chops City Grille) and amazing golf courses (Tiburon, Old Cork Screw, Wild Dunes, Forest Glen) just minutes away!!!! Invigorating morning strolls on the beach, leading to low tide evenings shelling for sand dollars, and the sunsets were Stunning! (some beautiful lightening shows at night too) Arlan the property manager, was spectacularly pleasant (always with a smile to his voice) with all questions I had about things to do in the area, and how to work things around the house. I recommend this property and Collier Global in that area for any of their properties. The house was super Clean and a family friendly place in paradise!

The location of this property is perfect for beach lovers and my Family is full of them. From dawn until sunset we utilised its beauty. If you love the beach this property is for you.

House has everything you may need for the week. Beach chairs, towels, games...

Although there are a lot of stairs, the elevator was a plus with luggage/groceries. We were all in heaven being directly on the beach! Seabreeze had plenty of sand toys for the kids, a kayak, body surfing boards, etc. -- Jet ski and paddle board rentals just down the beach. Sunsets were breathtaking! A PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!

We had a great time at Seabreeze. Location is great. Close to Doc's which is fun, but a little overflow of beach goers will set up in front of property. Not too bothersome, just good to know. We just stayed in the beach backyard using the great loungers provided. House is well stocked in the kitchen and has many beach accessories. We all had a great time!

Had a great stay at Seabreeze for the week. Property was very clean and layout was great for our group. Kayaks and beach toys were a big plus. Very close to Doc’s so you need to drag beach chairs down early. Would stay again.

My extended family and I loved our week at the Seabreeze property. The six bedrooms were all terrific, but the huge master was off the hook. Great gulf views from two of the bedrooms and 180 degrees from the main floor living/dining area. The elevator was an extra bonus, because moving luggage in/out was a breeze and our family member with mobility issues had no issues moving about. Location is similarly impressive beachfront on Little Hickory island. Walk off the back screened deck and you’re soon waist deep in the calm bath water Gulf waters. We were also blessed with an amazing weather week in mid October, with highs in the upper 80s and water temps almost that high. A family experience of a lifetime.

Loved this house and location. Brought my 5 sons over with spouses and my grandson to hang out and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico for a week. The house was perfect in size with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, there was an elevator to get us up and down from the ground floor beach to the third floor master suites. The kitchen had great appliances with a cocktail ice maker as well. Televisions in all of the bedrooms and the family room/ dining/ kitchen great room. Plenty of toys for the little guy in the garage. There was even enough parking for all of us! We will definitely come back to this house. Docs beach house was just a couple of minutes walk and was a good place to get a sandwich, but know it’s cash only. We also rented jet skies there. The beach was beautiful and just outside our door. I give this place a great for families.

The only real downsides were that some of the bedroom TVs didn't work properly and there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water. Highly recommend this beach house and we hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great week at Seabreeze. Only minor complaints. Not nearly enough bathroom linens. We realized we rented a house not a hotel. However every bathroom should be stocked with 4 towels, wash clothes & hand towels. Other suggestion is the outdoor rugs on patio need to be replaced/ washed more frequently. A few starter necessities like, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags would be helpful. The house set up was fantastic. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was great. Since we had adults no bunk beds with a house this size was a great bonus!! We would rent this house again!!!

Beautiful house, just steps from the beach.

Although nice this property had a lot of issues. There was mole on the ceiling in the basement from a water leak that was turned off in the kitchen you could not use the ice machine on the refrigerator the ice machine under the counter because the water to it was turned off. The towel rack in the master bathroom was broke, one of the knobs on the cabinet in the kitchen was broke. We had maggots in recycle bin that was located outside. This could be a really nice property if all these things were corrected. It is located right on the beach and although there were those issues our family still enjoyed themselves.

My family (wife and two kids <4) and friends (3 kids <5) stayed at Seabreeze for four nights and had an incredible experience. We arrived to an immaculate home and all the amenities one could ask for. Location is everything and this home is in the perfect spot. Besides the obvious benefit of being on the water, it is only a stones throw away from Doc’s restaurant, which has great take out food options. There are many beach toys and chairs for the kids to enjoy and for that we were grateful. The house was everything I had hoped it would be ... it was a perfect getaway at the perfect place. We hired a private chef for three out of the four nights and the only chef I would recommend is Chef James Ortiaga (Haute Saveur). He is phenomenal and exactly what you would hope for in an exquisite experience. I highly recommend this home to others along w Chef Ortiaga. We will most definitely return for both in the near future.
