Nestled in Fort Worth, this attractive house for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This charming bungalow, built in 1953, has been renovated and is nestled in a family focused neighborhood. It's conveniently located near I-30 and Hulen St, south of Arlington Heights High School. You can walk to Starbucks, Central Market and Chapel Hill Shopping Center. It's 4-7 minutes to: Will Rodgers Coliseum & Memorial Center, Dickies Arena, the Museums on Montgomery St. & Camp Bowie Blvd., W. 7th Street entertainment district, UNT Health Science Center, Botanic Gardens & Trinity Park, Fort Worth Zoo & Log Cabin Village, TCU, Colonial Golf Course, Panther Island Pavilion, Downtown and The Shops at Clearfork. It's 10-15 minutes to the Fort Worth Stockyards, Top Golf and Rockwood Municipal Golf Course. It's 20-30 minutes to Cowboy Stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor and 27-30 minutes to: DFW Airport, Love Field Airport & Texas Motor Speedway. The house has a great room with a large couch, 2 comfortable chairs, a dining table that seats 6 and a 55"TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and 2 coffee makers. Selections of coffee and tea are provided. The oversized master bedroom has French doors leading to a new deck. It has a Queen size Select Comfort bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. The front bedroom has 2 Full size vintage beds.. The middle bedroom has a Full size wooden antique bed. the hall bathroom, with a tub/shower, is located adjacent to these bedrooms. The landscaped backyard, patio and deck provide a great place to hang out with plenty of privacy. There is a washer and dryer available. Free WiFi allows internet connection throughout the house for all your devices. A long driveway provides off street parking. There are two Queen-size air mattresses, a card table and four chairs available to accommodate extra guests. Although we do not allow pets in the house, there is a pet resort 1/2 block away. If you are looking for a safe, convenient place to stay with lots of character, make this fantastic bungalow your home base from which to explore Fort Worth.

We came to see LeeAnne Morgan! What a great place to stay! Location was just perfect for everything, restaurants, venue, shopping! The house was perfect for us. Each one had our own bed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely will stay there again!!!

Everything just as advertised. House clean and perfect for our group of 6 adults. In town for TCU football game and house quick drive to campus and the surrounding campus area. Everything about 3 miles away. Check-in was easy clear instructions. Thank you for the stay!

Very well maintained and comfy home in a quiet neighborhood w quick access to I-30, dining and shopping. Enjoyed wine and cheese on the deck in back and relaxing breakfast at umbrella table and chairs at back flagstone patio. Karyn the hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Will def stay here again!

Truly enjoyed our stay in this excellent Cowtown Home for baseball and fun in Ft. Worth-Arlington area. The house is cozy-comfortable and conveniently located to several area sights we attended. Globe Life Park, Stockyards, FW Zoo to name a few. The backyard and deck were perfect for just enjoying some quality time at home away from home! Thank you Karyn for being an amazing host to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Location is fantastic and although an older home, it's clean! Plenty of beds and rooms. Overall very nice. We stayed while moving my adult son to Fort Worth from South Carolina. Would def stay again.

Was perfect location for going into Fort Worth and Dallas sites. Down side was distance to a gas station, but once we knew we filled up before going to house.definetly recommend and would stay again. Nice sitting area outside, neighborhood was quiet, close to groceries and restaurants.

We had a great time staying in this home. Everything was excellent 👌. The neighborhood was wonderful and was within walking distance to food and shopping. We will definitely book this home again next time we are in Fort Worth.

The property is as described in the listing. It was very clean. Karyn was very responsive to messages. The instructions were communicated well. She offered to provide a pack and play or high chair for our little one.

Our grandson had a dance competition at Will Rodgers this was perfect location, to be able to go back and forth and prepare our meals and relax. The property was very nice and accommodating. If ever need again will definitely book again. Thank you

We rented this house for an event at Fort Worth Stock yards. It worked well for 3 couples. The best find of the long weekend was the Central market across the street. My recommendations is to shop there is you are wanting grocery. Very fun!!

It's a very nice rental overall and worked great for our group of family and friends. The coffee & tea bar was my favorite, a close second is the choice of mugs on the wall. I've never tried so many mugs out to find the perfect fit. It's the first rental we've used that was full of little touches for travelers like the coffee & tea bar, a full candy dish and even flashlights on the back of the bedroom doors. I've ever tried so many mugs out to find the perfect fit. Starbucks is across the street and a gourmet grocery just down from there. I believe the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is a 7 minute drive. The only drawback was the sounds of train yard nearby. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Very nice property. Excellent communication. Convenient location. Nice layout and comfortable accommodations for our family Christmas trip to the DFW area. Everything exactly as specified in the listing and very well kept property. You won't regret renting this property.
