Parking with ease and feeling like my car and myself were safe at all times were most important to me. All the good stuff is a few blocks away but it's a nice walk and away from the crowds. I loved the old house and balcony so much. Spacious kitchen with everything we needed and more. Excellent, friendly host.
I did not like not being able to access the property or communicate with host through booking.com where the reservations were made and additional printouts were sent. Elementary School playground directly across the street could bother some. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it.

It was great to be in walking distance to downtown St Augustine. They did include bikes but only first come.
The parking situation could be a lot better.
