Very clean and comfortable. Loved the privacy of the soundproofing walls/windows. Layout of the apartment was great and absolutely loved the balcony plus all the accessible essentials. Staff were really friendly. We were quite pleased with our stay at Quest!
Internet could have been made more accessible plus instructions.. We couldn’t connect the tv in our bedroom to the internet in order to use any streaming services or apps. It would say it’s connected but wouldn’t be able to load anything. We ended up having to use our mobile data just to watch anything through streaming services or any apps.

The convenient location and normally the rooms are clean and comfortable
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year. On this occasion, we had a disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in (about 3pm) and opened the door to our room, we were confronted by a very strong kitchen smell. The curtains were also stained with food? and the vanity drain was blocked. The smell from the kitchen was so strong that we slept with the windows open that first night, thinking it was just leftover cooking smells from the previous occupants. In the morning, the smell had not dissipated. Eventually we found the source. A dishwasher full of dirty dishes and saucepans from the previous occupants. On 3 separate occasions, over many hours during that second day, we asked staff to correct the problem. Each time they apologised and told us they would send someone up. Unfortunately nothing eventuated. Late afternoon on that second day, after a fourth, now very strongly worded complaint (in front of the manager), house keeping arrived within a few minutes to correct the problems. I am now considering alternative options for our next Melbourne visit. It’s a shame really because we quite liked staying at this Quest.
