So close to transportation and the Godby Hotel where we had our wedding reception. I did appreciate a larger fridge instead of a bar fridge. Loved that the staff were so attentive to our needs and requests. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival with a welcome card attached!
Not being able to contact someone on the phone easily. However that may just be me being old school.

Location
Noise. We were kept away into the night and then woken up at 5am with people above making so much noise.
