situated directly on the sugar white sands of West Beach. Enjoy the million-dollar view from the
expansive decks or walk a few steps on the private beach access to dip your toes into the Gulf of Mexico.
Spend your day soaking up the sun on the beach and swimming in the gulf or just take a walk along the
water's edge to enjoy the refreshing gulf breeze and see what seashells you find. Don't forget to watch
for dolphins!
The newly furnished living room and updated kitchen along with an open floor plan and ample seating is
perfect for gathering and entertaining with a group of friends or family. The kitchen with a large island is
well-equipped for a home-cooked meal or drive a couple miles into downtown Gulf Shores and dine at
one of the many great restaurants. Gulf Shores boasts plenty of activities and adventures for everyone
- if you can tear yourself away from the beach!
Once you are done for the day, check for the dolphins again while enjoying a cocktail at sunset. The new
beds and bedding in one of the five bedrooms is sure to help give you much needed rest. With 2 master
suites each with a King bed, 1 single Queen bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with 2 Queens, you are sure to

House was nice and clean when we arrived! Just steps to the beach where we spent our days. Not crowded it was nice!

We had an overall good stay and really enjoyed the beach—it’s absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our trip. The location alone made it worth it, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook, which was a big plus.That said, the listing photos were a bit misleading. The home felt more pieced together than expected, and there were several maintenance issues throughout. None of the TVs were working during our stay, and the ice machine was also out. There were quite a few small things that could use attention or repair. Cleanliness was okay—not terrible—but it could benefit from more attention to detail.With some updates and better upkeep, this property could really match its potential. Overall, we still had a nice time because of the beach and location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

We have gone to Gulf Shores a few times. We loved the location that the Laughing Dolphin was in because of the the quietness!! We have stayed closer to and in the Orange Beach area most times and this was such a welcome change!! The house was welcoming and clean when we arrived. The only problem was the ice maker which you tried and tried to get fixed. It was so nice to have such a quick response from you!! All in all We will definitely come back here!! There are so many positives about this place...the beach, the deck, the dolphins everyday and the house itself was perfect!!

The property was in a great location but merely okay for the pricing. It needs major updating. Water fixtures, water pressure, cleaning, and the rug in the living area needs replacing! The deck had multiple nails sticking up that caused our grandkids cuts. We left a hammer in the pantry for the next tenant. The pictures are a little misleading. The best part is the beach area without others so close to you!
