It is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom eastside corner unit located right on the beach with phenomenal full gulf front views. This condo has new owners and all furniture has been replaced, it has stainless steel appliances and the entire condo has been painted. We took our children and grandchildren to Ft Walton for our annual beach vacation. The weather was beautiful! The water was clear and warm! The condo at Gulf Dunes was lovely and perfect for our needs. The staff people at Brooks and Shorey were, as always, cheerful and helpful. So nice to have someone on site to take care of things.

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed it immensely! It was clean and very well stocked. The balcony was wonderful! We sat out every morning drinking our coffee and people watching! It was perfect!! We enjoyed that it was an end unit and was a very short walk to the beach! The beds were not the most comfortable but we still slept great!!The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the master bath sinks was very poor but we overlooked that because the master bath itself is to die for!! My daughter showered in there instead of the bathroom attached to her bedroom. Overall we had an excellent week and would definitely go back to Gulf Dunes Unit 301!!!

We've been coming to Okaloosa island for 18 years now but this was our first stay at Gulf Dunes! We really enjoyed it, the condo was spacious and had plenty of seating in the living room. It was clean and no sand on the floor when we got there. There was plenty of utensils and pans in the kitchen for what we needed. The property was kept clean.

Beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and pier. Nice third floor end unit condo in a quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and small appliances. Love that the beach service was included.

The condo was exactly what was pictured and described. Very clean. We had to email about our freezer leaking and they had somone called and scheduled the next day to fix it. All communications were fast and easy for everything. . Loved all the amenities and decor. True beach home! Location was fantastic! My family really enjoyed everything about it! The beach was amazing and not crowded even during spring break. We definitely see ourselves staying here again!

They always handle things professionally with a personal touch and in a timely manner. The condo was fantastic. Well stocked, clean and beautiful. Location is great, 3 BR 3 Bath, clean and roomy! Great for family’s, I have family of 7 and we didn’t fell cramped , enough room for everybody! beds were very comfortable, I usually don’t sleep well on vacations, but slept like a baby! I will be back!!

This was a wonderful condo. Would definitely stay there again. Only negatives my son sit in a dining room chair which was broken. He fell to the floor. Luckily he was not injured. I pulled out the night stand to plug in phone charger. All kinds of wrappers and dust bunnies. I really think housekeeping could do better.

This condo was great! Very spacious and wonderful view. The pools were nice but little small for large crowds. With that being said we were there as a softball tournament so lots of teenagers. I wish the complex had a hot tub! Will definitely consider staying here again. Brooks and Shorey resorts were the best to work with!!

This trip was wonderful! The condo check in/out was easy and there was great communication. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The pool was heated still when we went first week of may and my girls loved it! I also loved how clean the bedding was which SHOULD go without saying but honestly some places I feel like say they change the comforters and stuff but don’t and they give that ick factor but this place was very clean/clearly fresh bedding. We were able to walk across the street to stewbys which is delicious and we walked up to Waffle House one morning for breakfast and it’s a close drive to most restaurants. I’d recommend the shack and sit outside. We are already looking at booking again for next year

We have stayed at different units at gulf dunes for years but this property needs cleaning and maintenance. tile needs grout.Dining room chain cusion falling apart. Bathroom shower had mold around the door. Bathrooms need detailed cleaning. With repairs and cleaning could be a great condo. Rest of the facility was great.

2022 Spring Vacation
AWESOME, would be the easiest way to say of our experience. The condo was everything expected, location was perfect and close to restaurants and other activities. Love the beach service, no need to worry about getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up. We loved it so much that we are already booked for another stay this year.

The condo was amazing, communication was great. The only negative we had was the listing stated that we needed to bring all essential household items(toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, hair dryer, trash bags). We purchased all those things and they took up a good amount of room in our vehicle on our drive from Texas. When we got there all those items were provided. So I wouldn't say it was a negative because we were glad they were provided but it was a little inconvenient to have to buy that stuff and have it take up cargo space only to not need it. Overall the stay was awesome we loved the condo and had a great time.

We loved the condo it was as described. The location was perfect and view was awesome. Having the chair service was great as well. There are a few things that need to be fixed though such as the sliding door and hallway toliet handle but other than that our stay was absolutely great! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The condo was right on the beach. We couldn't have been any closer. Really convenient to come back in and out when we wanted to. Plenty of great food within walking distance. The covered parking spot was great to keep my car away from the elements.
