Bright colors through out the unit make for a charming comfortable place to vacation, it has a fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. It has all the comforts of home while overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, from this 6th floor view, it truly is amazing.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, Bonus bunk room , NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to check in and the app we were sent was useful and helpful. The place was clean and spacious with the incredible view from the main room and primary bedroom. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage right by the pool & beach access was a bonus. Having access to two chairs and an umbrella on the beach was also really nice. The beach was never crowded. The location was great. Right near The Boardwalk and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. We spent time there one rainy day and it was perfect since most of it is covered. The large TV in the living room was great for catching the NBA finals and World Cup matches. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I reached out with one minor issue, the fridge said it needed a filter, someone came right away to replace it. I didn't expect that at allOverall, great location and service and the beach was beautiful!

We loved it so much, we rebooked for later in the summer. It was clean, efficient, and perfect for our family. The location was perfect--on the beach, directly across from Stewby's and the ice cream shop and puttputt so didn't have to move the car some days! We had no issues and enjoyed the stay.
