The condo is also SMOKE FREE. The lanai has been converted to interior space. SMOKING results in forfeiture of deposit. During peak season 1/1/18-4/30/18, there is a 90 DAY MINIMUM. Outside of peak season, there is a 60 day minimum. The unit is located on the second floor with elevator access. The first floor of the building is parking. Many (most?) residents are seasonal and return annually to this amazing location. Club application process and background checks required by the association increases the level of your experience and helps ensure a safe environment. 60 day minimum strictly enforced to maintain high quality experience. It takes a minimum of 2 weeks, with expedited processing to complete a booking. This location is best for someone who wants to be part of an active community.
