This could be your holiday dream come true! Discover the yesteryear charm of this 1860s timber cottage, with an absolute beachfront, sitting proudly in one of the most spectacular locations ever created! The house and verandah have the perfect orientation, facing Granite Island, the Norfolk Pines of Victor and through to the Bluff. It also has views of the Hindmarsh river wetlands, teeming with birdlife. This incredible property is private and secluded, and the views will take your breath away!
Walk to the sandy beach via a rough track at the bottom of your front lawn, or sit on the lovely wide timber verandah with your favourite book enjoying a cuppa or maybe sipping on a G & T! The kids can play cricket or bocce on the lawn. Enjoy the thrill of the Cockle Train travelling right past the back gate!
The views are simply spectacular – this is dress circle Victor Harbor! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fabulous sitting/dining room spanning the front of the cottage taking full advantage of the views on offer. The kitchen has a view where people queue to do the washing up! A spacious games room with a pool table and second TV at the rear of the home provides extra space for kids' enjoyment! There is a detached lock up 2 car garage providing secure off-street parking.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning, a dishwasher, two TVs with DVDs, NBN WiFi, and a pool table.

Bedding (sleeps 8 people):
1 x Queen bed
1 x Double or Queen bed (TBC)
2 x bunk beds (so 4 single beds in total)
Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.
There is a secure area for dogs off the back deck, and gates on the deck for the safety of little ones and furry ones!
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

Beautiful beach view, lovely verandah but certainly not ideal for anyone who could not manage steps or a very ruggid walk to beach. Heating system is excellent lovely bathrooms. It is a tricky process getting out of garage onto main road as it always seemed busy.

Cleanliness - 3/5 - Kettle was covered in oily residue not cleaned.
Carpets in lounge room stained.
Lounge was uncomfortable.
Screen door comes off track which made it impossible to have the sliding door open for fresh air.
Back yard is a tripping hazard with un even paths. Maybe removing all the leaves, gum nuts and cutting back plants for easy access.
