About this house rental

A brand new family beach house with ocean views and everything you need for the perfect family holiday - just 200m to the beach, close to bike track and shops. 4 bed, 2 bath, pet and kid friendly yard (fully fenced), outdoor shower and balcony w/ views.
Fully stocked kitchen for preparing breakfasts and dinners or a short drive to local cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The house includes two large living spaces perfect for kid/teen and adult relaxation time and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs.
Short walk to one of the best beaches the fleurieu peninsula has to offer. Hayborough offers dog friendly beaches (with off leash restrictions in summer), great views of the Cockle train going by and less crowds in peak season.

Wonderful sea views upstairs fabulous to wake up to. . Great house for families plenty of space- 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms. Very comfortable and warm and cosy on June long weekend. Amy was great with any information and responded quickly. The house and garden are in excellent condition. Could not ask for more! It was a great holiday stay.
