The staff were helpful and very kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. Also loved the self service wine bar. Location is also good for a large city, only 25 minutes to city centre. Overall a good value for money.
The spa is 35 eur for only 45 minutes and it is not private. It only has one tiny sauna and small pool. We expected a lot more to be honest.

Great location overall, it was easy to get around and find good spots to eat. In the room, it was alright. The pool area looked interesting to explore, but was only open by reservation which did not work during my stay.
The bathroom was very cramped, the bed uncomfortable with the divider then the soap dispensers in the bathroom did not completely function and were hard to pump.
The staff was a mix of very kind and rude. Check in was easy and great, along with checkout. My friend and I had purchased wine cards and when going to use them, were questioned excessively by staff for where we had gotten the wine we purchased form the hotel. They then turned off the hotel music where we were at and made us feel unwelcomed.
