Nice apartment inside but average neighborhood.

The apartment itself is wonderful but the location is less than ideal. There is only street parking. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Place is 10 minutes from airport with no traffic. Host was very responsive and lived near by to help with questions and concerns.

Breakfast is only a box of corn flakes and some grocery bought muffins and croissants. There is only street parking and neighborhood is average.

Overnight in Fiumicino

It was a nice sized little 2 bedroom apt. with everything my friend & I needed to be comfortable on our stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend it if you need to stay in Fiumicino.

I wished there was a little more counter space or space to put things in the bathroom for getting ready.

Lovely place to stay close to the airport in an area that offers easy access to Rome center.

Everything about Rosa's House was wonderful. The apartment itself was beautiful--newly renovated, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped with kitchen necessities and located ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!!!! Maura, the property manager was not only informative, helpful, cooperative, and responsive; she is absolutely delightful! The location is great for those wanting to stay in the proximity of the airport. The center of town with many eating establishments and several very nice shops is within walking distance. Maura told us about a new transportation service available nearby which will take you into Rome center for a very reasonable fare (I believe it was 12 euros round trip). In all, we could not have been more satisfied with our stay in Rosa's House. Of the 5 apartments we booked through Booking.com for our 15 days in Italy, Rosa's House was by far the best!!!

There are absolutely no negatives to be said about Rosa's House.

The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable, quiet, good restaurants nearby.

Milk, juice, cereal and some packaged pastries were left. We didn't end up eating anything but were surprised to see some options which was nice.

We couldn't find the remote for the AC in one of the bedrooms.

Location and comfort

The location was excellent. It was a short cab ride to the airport. Within a 10 minute walk we’re excellent restaurants on a street facing a harbor filled with some interesting ships. The hostess was warm, welcoming and friendly. She recommended an amazing restaurant, Follis. It was quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable. It was a fantastic find.

wonderful stay! close to airport also.

Maura was excellent and met us at the door. We were even allowed to checkin a bit earlier which was really nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit is nicely air conditioned. Bathroom was beautiful. Also the kitchen and living area had everything you would need. Maura even arranged taxi's for us for our trip to the airport the next morning and offered dinner recommendations. She is an excellent host :)

Gracious host at a convenient airport location.

Host met us when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed for breakfast the next day and then some, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was clean and modern. It was within walking distance of the seaside and local restaurants serving fresh fish.

Parking was on the street and the neighborhood is a bit worn.

Very polite, helpful and very clean. Definitely stay again. We arrived to a beautiful welcome. My husband is Coeliac and they went out of their way to provide gluten free breakfast for us. Our taxi to airport was arranged by them. Very happy with our short stay.

Hard to believe you are soo close to the airport - hidden gem

The property is decorated with top appliances. Every little detail in the apartment has been carefully thought. The location is great, very close to the airport but still provides a different feeling of Rome. Plenty nice restaurants and fresh fish/seafood around.

Nice place that I can recommend

The friendly host was very welcoming and gave us good tips on dinner places in the neighbourhood. The appartment was very nice and it was easy to find (free) parking.

We arrived quite late and left early so limited time for exploring the area.
