With sliding glass screens to offer shelter when needed, the balcony terrace offers the perfect warm and inviting area in which to relax throughout the year, with far reaching views of Bellagio to serve as the perfect back drop for enjoying a drink or evening meal to the small dining area. More formal dinner parties for up to 6 can easily be enjoyed to the modernist dining area provided next to the living area. Communication was great. We received very detailed directions to the rental and clear check in procedures. The apartment was spacious and the enclosed balcony offered stunning views over the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The only suggestion I'd have is to put a couple of really comfortable chairs on the balcony so the views can be even enjoyed more! A really nice placee to stay.

Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der gebuchte Privatparkplatz kein privater, gekennzeichneter Stellplatz war, sondern es vom Glück abhängt ob ein solcher zur Verfügung steht oder nicht. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns dann immer wieder erklärt, dass wir nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gebucht hätten, was schlicht und einfach falsch war. (Zwischenzeitlich ist der "Privatparkplatz" aus der Beschreibung entfernt worden. Ohne diesen ist die Parkplatzsituation aber sehr schlecht, weil öffentliche Parkplätze so gut wie nicht vorhanden sind.) Die Wohnung selbst hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Zimmertüren quietschen, Badezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht verschließen, Rollos im Wintergarten fehlen (wird sehr heiß dadurch), Teppich löst sich und bildet Stolperfallen und die Fenster dämpfen den Straßenlärm überhaupt nicht, so dass man nachts regelmäßig durch vorbeifahrende LKWs geweckt wird. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist schön. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist in 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
