For a 3 /4 night stay it is perfect .

Good value for the price in Mennagio .

Buses are less frequent . AC is highly recommended during summer time . Also the fan in the second room was not good enough . Otherwise everything went well .

Dirty and uncomfortable

The master bedroom was nice.

It was dirty, shower grouting was mouldy, pots were dirty and sticky. There kettle was broken, the shower doors broken. The following were advertised but not there: board games, hand sanitiser, balconies all around. There wasn’t even any hand soap and there were no tea towels. The camp bed in the small room and the sofa bed were totally uncomfortable. It was cold and we could not switch on the heating.

The environment is amazing. The view on the lake is marvellous.

Not that we didn’t like it. Some little things could be better: we missed a few things in the kitchen, table was a bit unstable, one night neighbour was having a very loud phone call at 2:30 am, but no things we would not come back for.

It has potential but I would not stay here again unless there were some improvements made.

The property was very near the waterfront. There is a nice cafe nearby. It was in a fairly quiet location. Was easy to get into with the lockbox on the door.

There was only one real bed. The 2nd bedroom had a foldable cot which wasn't even a flat bed. The 3rd bed is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The apartment description says it has air conditioning but it does NOT. There were no blankets for the beds, just a simple sheet. There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee and not a decent coffee maker. The location is pretty near the water but it is a difficult walk along a busy road to get to it from Menaggio. No restaurants nearby.

Leuke locatie met zicht op het como meer.. Gratis parkeerplaats.

Er was tijdens ons bezoek een hittegolf (37 graden) en dan mis je een airconditioning . Het appartement krijg je niet gekoeld met drie ventilatoren. De kussens zijn te groot/dik.
