Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly, helpful and always polite.
The room we had 307 was very noisy , you could hear every roller door go up and down , car and person . But the room itself was lovely.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Excellent facilities, laundry services and all at reasonable prices. The breakfast was good, I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for 3rd-5th time already each visiting Nepal! Love this hotel the room is so specious and clean, staff is always so friendly would highly recommend this place

The internet speed is good.
First of all it’s not a 4 star as booking.com mention on their website so you get this changed as the hotel reception also did mention it is 3 star hotel.
