Very friendly and always smiling staff. Shout out to Muna! The rooms were everything you need. And the location so fabulous in the middle of the thriving Thamel neighbourhood.
The breakfast could have been more diverse. On Western diet there were pancakes, toast, honey and jam. There was a daily change in local diet breakfast. But all good. Works well for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Bijaya, the Front Desk Supervisor, assisted us throughout our stay with great professionalism and warmth. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us.
The overall service was excellent, especially the F&B team, who provided outstanding hospitality. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service staff were courteous and attentive at all times. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The team truly made our stay memorable, and we look forward to coming back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Thamel. The overall service was excellent, and the staff made the experience truly comfortable and welcoming. Special thanks to Bijaya, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always attentive to our needs. His warm attitude and support really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend Hotel Thamel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.
There is nothing to dislike. I feel homely whenever I visit here.
