Nestled in Round Rock, this attractive bed and breakfast for $105 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This clean and functional 1 bedroom guest house with full kitchen sits on three fenced-in acres, offers privacy in a splendid peaceful setting. We are just 10 minutes from all major shopping, grocery and dining and walking distance to spacious parks and hike and bike trails. Private setting on property - can't see main house from any window of the guest house! One bedroom (queen bed) along with pullout sofa in living room allows for additional sleeping space for families or a group of friends. Dogs welcome with a one time $30 pet cleaning fee. Sport/basketball court just steps away from the guest house (please limit night time play to 10 PM). Laundry room available upon request via access from Guest House to connected garage. Have an electric car? You can charge it here! Property is gated and secure!

We came to Austin to celebrate our grandson's HS graduation. This property was perfect as it was near our son's house (which was filled with other outside guests) and central to everywhere we needed to go. It is a newer ADU with new, clean bathroom and full kitchen. Simple but very easy to access, quiet and safe. So glad we stayed here. Thanks for having us!

We didn’t spend much time at the Guesthouse as we were there helping family prep for a wedding. However, we were greeted by deer in the yard as well all along the road. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. I forgot a pair of sandals and the owner’s let me know soon after our checkout. I was back in the area 2 days later and they set them outside for me to be able to pick up. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place close to some events we had planned for adult birthday weekend. This worked out really well. Plenty of space, full kitchen, and easy access to areas. Lots of green space and trails nearby. Plenty of deer to see here. The place as great outdoor light and even a bird feeder out the kitchen window while we were there.

Thanksgiving Stay
This was the perfect place to stay for a Thanksgiving weekend visiting family. Very updated, clean, and well-maintained property. The wieners were so kind and welcoming, especially when one of our fur-babes escaped the fence. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed with our pooch while in town for a family wedding). I catered the rehearsal dinner from the kitchen and had use of the laundry everyday—so helpful)

We enjoyed our stay! It was very convenient for me being on call, and attending a wedding in the area. It was quiet and super clean. Communication was great!

My wife and I stayed here for 13 days and enjoyed it overall!
POSITIVES:
- very responsive communication from hosts!
- the location in "hill country"-type area is absolutely amazing...very peaceful and perfect for evening strolls.
- sports court is awesome - we used it to practice tennis w/ a friend!
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
- if it wasn't clear in the description, the Guest Room is adjacent to a two-car garage and a room on the opposite side - if you're planning to WFH here, you will hear noises from the garage, occasional drumming, and other noises (limited mainly to business hours)
- This Guest House is on a property that runs a dog-boarding business; a fenced-in area adjacent to our Guest House is where 10-20 dogs would run around and play
- wifi will occasionally cut out...but it usually comes back up again. Not ideal though if you're WFH w/ virtual meetings via video (we had to leave and go to a nearby cafe for a meeting, though it was fixed w/in two hours)
- the power did go out briefly but was fixed w/in the hour
- minor things - no complimentary k-cups, tea, soap/shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste

Weekend concert/festival
Great property! Clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for two people. We were in town for a concert, so we didn’t spend much time at the property outside of sleeping. However, we have no complaints or concerns for when we were there. Fair house rules and polite property managers. Lovely quiet neighborhood, with plenty of deer and other small wildlife running around. The property is close to many restaurants, shops, etc. We traveled to Austin one day and to Hutto, TX the remainder of the time and it was a easy, quick(20-25 min) drive.
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property
Perfect rental for us and our 2 pups. Very nice private, country setting. All furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again on future trips.

Everything was as promised, beautiful cottage, surrounded by acres of woods and in the morning deer wandering around.
