Not much

Did not feel like my room was secure when I would leave. I paid for another night and it was reserved for the wrong date, and I never got reimbursed. I was also kicked out of the room that I had paid for at 11 pm, so I had to sleep in my truck, because y'all could not fix the reservation. My dog had crawled under the bed and she has been losing her hair ever since. I would love to get my money put back on my card that y'all had reserved for 5/5/23

The hotel staff and management is exceptional. They're very polite and go above and beyond in the housekeeping and the rooms are amazing

Hotel maintenance was right there for me to help me charge my phone when I lost my charger overall experience of this hotel was just phenomenal

It was horrible

HiYes I booked this room on line. It was to be non smoking and it the smell was overwhelming when you opened the door. The lady at front desk changed me for the room as well. I told her I couldn’t stay I. That room so she was to refund me my money. I still haven’t seen the refund. I think I should also be refunded for the money that I paid online for the room as well. I was very concerned before checking in. There was a couple at desk that couldn’t wait to get a room. They was all over each other. Smell like weed. Someone sitting in lobby that gave you bad vibes. People in parking lot pushing a shopping cart full of who knows what. Probably up to no good. This place gave me and my friend feelings of drugs and theft. Rooms could be cleaner . The smell of smoke is disgusting and needs to be updated in room. Toilet wouldn’t flush. The price of the room was way to high for that room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Room 233 mold in the shower due to a loose shower head. Badly stained carpets. Garbage in sink drain. Dirty refrigerator

Room was trashed, not cleaned. Elevator (the only one) was broken. Dog poop in shrub bed. Only 3rd floor rooms available. Did not stay.

AWFUL BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A ROOM LIKE I SHOIKD HAVE & STILL GOT CHARGED

I had a “reservation” & got there to be told I didn’t have a room because “they overbooked”! We had lost electricity due to the ice storm & to get there and here that was both stressful & upsetting.

That it was a 4 r 5 minute drive to work I do am a travel nurse

The first room I was assigned the lights didn't come on so I had to go back downstairs the second room the room wasn't clean it was dusty and no tissue are face towels the place is old outdated the microwave needs to be replaced it's rusty in the inside I wouldn't use that the tissue issue the rude front dest guy was nasty oh the truck hasn't come in we are no longer in a pandemic where tissue can't be bought I paid almost 80 dollars for a room and you couldn't buy tissue for your guests to use after all I didn't get a discount nore did u email are call me and tell me to bring tissue I stayed because I didn't want my hard earn money held up are me having to pay anyway I can tell you this as long as I have breath in me I will never get another room there by the way I always use motel 6 for my traveling needs the only reason I ended up at your place is because the agency I worked for said it was really close to the job I explained to her what happened and motel 6 will always be my first choice. And you said breakfast and coffee that was a Lie to pets are ok but I feel they should be on one hall not everywhere no one want to hear barking all-night
