Breakfast was good and the cocktail hour, minus the bartender. He was so rude to so many people. He had a constant chip on his shoulder. Just not pleasant or friendly at all!
The male bartender was rude and every night had an attitude. I asked for a crib the night before check in via the Hilton app chat and still had to wait 3 hours AFTER I checked in to receive it delivered to the room. Not very organized at all and wasn’t appreciated after a long day of driving and my one year old needing a nap.
