Situated in Plum Island, this attractive cottage for $305 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy our renovated former carriage house tucked away off a quaint and quite residential side street on Plum Island, Massachusetts. Relax on the deck, read a book or toast some marshmallows in the back yard. Just a short walk from the beach or the calm waters of the basin, a small inlet of water off the mouth of the Merrimac River. Some of our Amenities include: - 2 Bedrooms (perfect for 1 or 2 couples) - 1 Full Bathroom - Air Conditioning - Wireless Internet - Full Kitchen - Washer / Dryer - Gas Fireplace - Off Street Parking (maximum 4 cars) - Deck & Private Yard - Gas BBQ Grill Due to the size of our quaint cottage we kindly ask that no more than 4 occupants (including children) stay at our home with each reservation. As we strive to keep our cottage as clean as possible and allergy free please NO DOGS of any kind & NO SMOKING. Thank you and we hope you have a wonderful stay on Plum Island.

Our stay was fantastic! The cottage was perfect. So well-maintained and welcoming. The owners ensured that everything we would need was available. The location is fantastic; close to the beach and Downtown Newburyport. Could not have asked for a better experience!!

Wonderful little house nestled in on Plum Island. Everything is new and works and is well thought out. The hosts left us thoughtful gifts like orange juice and muffins --but the best thing is the place really works! Most kitchens in rentals have glaring inadequacies--this one did not. The design of the place is much more carefully thought out than usual. You won't be disappointed.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was beautifully designed and decorated with every detail just perfect. The host thought of everything we could have needed and the vibe of the cottage and host were so warm and welcoming. The location was safe, quiet and peaceful with great walking in the area. What a great note to end our New England vacation on.

My wife and I LOVED our stay. The cottage had everything you could need- you only need to back the clothes you’ll be wearing! We had friends come for the day and there was parking and great outdoor entertainment space. Used the grill almost everynight after picking up delicious food from the market or Newburyport fish co. We were greeted with a welcome basket that was such a nice added touch! Communication with the property manager was flawless!! Nothing but great vibes at this location!!!

Perfect little beach cottage. I recently spent a week in this charmer: a hop, skip, and jump from miles of shoreline along the Atlantic, very clean and quiet, well-stocked kitchen and bath, deck and fire ring to hang about and relax, and hospitable host – super timely with communication and considerately stocked fridge for arrival. It was all I needed. I will definitely be back if they'll have me!

We had a wonderfully stay at the carriage house. Upon arrival I was very pleased with the cleanliness and all of the extra amenities like towels, soap, laundry and wine!
Plenty of parking and located in a central area we were able to walk to the beach. The outdoor area was also great for lounging and an outdoor shower to wash off sand. We had the most amazing time and can’t wait to return.

This was our first time to plum island, communication was more than helpful, all our questions we’re answered. The cottage was perfect size for our family of 3. The owners worked with us on our arrival and departure times which was very helpful. We were also greeted with snacks, fruit and a bottle of wine which was such a nice touch. When Plum Island Kitchen opened, we loved walking there for their surprisingly great foods to then enjoy on the beach.
The road that the cottage is on is very quiet and kid friendly, and all the neighbors are really nice. Extremely extremely safe. Rarely locked the doors.
The cottage had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well appointed and it has cable TV, internet, AC, and two forms of heat.

It's very much as advertised--clean, cozy, thoughtfully set up and very well supplied. The heating system was great and on cold days the heated bathroom floor was a plus. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great, too! Sandi responded very quickly to any concerns and was a wonderful host--we were sorry that Covid kept us from much contact. We hope to return.

Sandi's place was all that we hoped it would be! It was clean, well-apponinted, convenient and comfortable. We had a lovely time during our stay. The added benefit of having laundry, sheets and towels was a huge plus. She was very accomodating and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here in the future!

well stocked kitchern & cleaning supplies
the major problem is that the air conditioning for the larger bedroom does not exist, the split unit in the living area cannot make a 90 degree turn, in addition the curtains do not provide any protection from the early morning sun so the room gets ver;y warm.

Plum Island
This was a perfect little cottage for me to stay for one month. My grandchildren live about a half an hour away so one or two could come and visit me for a night.
I am not a big Beach person but it was a lot of fun walking around the island for exercise. Also there was a nice little tree in the backyard I could sit in the shade and read which I love to do
