Located in Geelong, this attractive condo for $184 per night is a great choice for your next break. Superior apartment with quality fittings on the Geelong Waterfront 2 bedrooms each with comfortable 2 King Beds that can be configured to make two King single beds in each room if required. We only use quality linen and pillows. Large LCD Sony TV and sound system Wi-Fi by internet is fast and free. Balcony with table and two chairs. Deakin University is next door. Underground secure parking, free for one car. Eastern Beach and Botanic Gardens along the foreshore An ideal place for a stay to explore the Geelong Region Call owner Paul Madden Tel. for more details Directions Avalon Airport is the closest airport to Geelong. It is 21km from Geelong and it will take approximately 20 minutes by car to the apartment. Avalon airport shuttle can offer door to door service. If driving from Avalon Airport, follow the signs to Geelong and they will lead you to Princes Highway. Keep left into Geelong into Bell Parade which will take you around Corio Bay. At Deakin University turn right into Gheringhap Street then left into Brougham and then left down Cunningham Street. Pier Point apartments are located at the end on the right. Parking for 1 car is available in our secure undercover car park at no extra charge. Things to Do around Geelong Across the road is scenic Corio Bay and Cunningham Pier. Eastern Beach is a short stroll along Corio Bay.A beach, pool and enclosed semi-circle promenade offers swimming and a nice walk. Also there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and the famous Bollards. A few minutes away is Westfield and Market Square shopping centres, Royal Geelong Yacht Club, Botanic Gardens and the Geelong Art Gallery,the National Wool Museum and the Ford Museum. The Tourist Information Centre is located in the National Wool Museum on the corner of Moorabool and Brougham Streets, one block behind PierPoint Apartments. Deakin University has Costa Hall where many functions are held. East Geelong Golf Course and the Botanic Gardens are within 1 klm. Further away is Adventure Park, Wineries, Bellarine Peninsula beaches.

The apartment is very comfortable, generously furnished, and secure but accessible. It is only a short walk from any of the cbd shops and restaurants. The environment is relatively quiet when considering all the infrastructure immediately outside.
We had an enjoyable weekend here and would definitely recommend.

Immaculately clean and large modern apartment with all expected amenities. Great value during the Christmas holiday period. The host was very informative and welcoming. The only factor that prevented a 5 star experience was that outside noise was not as effectively dampened by the windows in the master bedroom in comparison to the lounge.

Exceptionally comfortable and equipped apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a quick, hassle free experience. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen had more than we expected - rice cooker, coffee maker, sandwich maker etc. Very quiet for such a central location. Would highly recommend this property. We would certainly stay next time we are in Geelong.

Located in front of Geelong beach and near Geelong CBD, the neat and clean apartment is comfortable to stay and convenient to get to anywhere in the CBD. Really enjoyed the stay at a good price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PierPoint 401 which was a very clean, modern, well appointed & comfortable appartment, spacious enough for us & our young children. It is so close to the very picturesque foreshore of Geelong where there is so much to see & do. We were very grateful that the owner allowed us to bring our bikes & keep them in the secure carpark underneath. This is a fabulous way to travel along the foreshore & see the sights. We would highly recommend this property & would like to return.

What a perfect place for the perfect weekend of relaxing by the bay! We had a family function in Geelong so this made our stay more memorable. The owners were very welcoming and have made this apartment a home-away-from-home that ensures holidays are simply the best. The small details were greatly appreciated - thanks. Highly recommended.

Very nice, would recommend the apartment - only one small thing there was no full length mirror to check hem before heading out to function. The second bedroom needed a mirror.Would stay there again, so close to everything.

My family absolutely loved it. We were surprised at how close it was to the shopping centre and enjoyed going for walks down to the pier, botanic gardens and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a family, giving us the fexibility we were looking for to do what we wanted.
