Design and style of the hotel was really cool.
Location up high helped good views.
Our room, a suite, was set above the generators and AC plant so you couldn't spend any time on the balcony.
Towels and robes were thin and poor quality.
Breakfast had some basic limitations (no black tea or toast).
Staff hospitality was poor.

Nice location with a good view over the city, good design of the hotel itself. Rich and good breakfast.
Poorly managed facilities - strongly leaking sink in the bathroom with no options to change the room, cheap and not comfy towels with the small size, not really friendly reception staff.
Also you should consider the steep uphill walk if you don’t plan to use the taxi when coming back from city walks.

next to seaside.
the signboard is not obviously, and all of taxi driver can not find the location. They are not good at ENGLISH,so not able to communicate about the location as well. It is so hard. AC is not working properly.
