The location is great, with access to shops. The room was comfortable and shower was great. The staff was excellent and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ucha and Luka, as well as the two ladies who prepared breakfast a little earlier than their usual to facilitate us going for an early tour and check out. The breakfast spread was awesome and a great start to our days. Overall and great stay!
Place is a bit dated in terms of furnishings but it's not a problem as it adds to the charm in a way.

We had a wonderful stay and also arranged accommodation here for our extended family during our wedding celebrations. Keti, the manager who looked after our booking, was exceptional and went above and beyond to help accommodate our friends and family.
We stayed at the hotel ourselves for part of the time and were very impressed. The rooms are spacious, bright, and within easy walking distance of Tbilisi's Old Town and city centre.
The rooms are well equipped, air-conditioned, and offer all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast has a wide variety of fresh options, and the staff in the breakfast area are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They regularly checked whether guests would like Turkish coffee and made sure the buffet was always well stocked.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Both we and our family had a perfect stay, made even more memorable by the beautiful early summer weather in Tbilisi. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff was just amazing, the woman who makes a breakfast for us was very helpful and nice to as. The location is really good. Comfy bed.
It is quite old, and needs renovation, there is a smell in the room, more like an old room smell, maybe the smell of the rugs. The Tv is small and not smart.

Great location on Rustaveli Street. The room is large and spacious, staff are kind and helpful.
You ring the bell and wait for door opening and than take stairs to reception on first floor. Building is old and there is no elevator, you have to take stairs to the room on second floor. The room is large but old furniture, bed is not that much comfortable. There is no water on the room, you have to ask for. When i came to the room in the evening, it had not been cleaned and i had to ask for the service. The towels were stained and not very clean
