Beautiful adaptive reuse of a former USSR building into a stunning hotel. Rooms are large and beautiful. Room service and room cleaners are lovely. The courtyard and the common area are huge. Overall a stunning hotel in terms of design. High quality. BUT management, restaurant and bars are oriented and designed for loud parties. Staff comes with an attitude, if you're not under 30 and a hipster.
I was highly disappointed, as for a luxury hotel, the main target audience if the hipster young crowd only. Meaning restaurant and bars are super loud (and partying in the courtyard until late), meaning it's impossible to have a nice quiet or romantic dinner, meaning it's impossible to get a coffee before 9 am...
In a few words, do not stay there if you're over 30 and not in the hotel to party!!!!!
Other detail: the shower (stunning design!) gets the whole bathroom flooded every single time. we had to lay out towels everywhere as it was super slippery.

The place as such is super cool, I really like this idea of a place where people can spend basically all day or may come at any time. Architecture/redesign also done with sensitive approach. Very good drinks.
Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and arrogant since the moment I enetered. The best experience with them was being just mild (not friendly, not approachable) and the worst.. well lets say that I didnt even think of rating less than 10/10 pretty much until I walked into the merch shop where the lady treats you as a nuisance - an eye roll approach. Needless to say, the receptionist was cold and uninviting as well. The luggage guys and the cleaning ladies were the kindest. The staff will have to be retrained if you want to keep charging premium, because paying this price and be treated like this is just not worth it. If you wish to be part of Europe so bad, then change this beacuse it is inacceptable.
