Staff tried to solve the issues we had.
To begin with, there’s nothing wrong about this hotel, except that it is overrated.
Some rooms have no view at all (unlike advertised) - we were looking into the next door buildings and a narrow gap between them.
Nevertheless, it didn’t matter, as we had no balconies despite the description: our windows had just metal fence behind.
The room - we had what is called “one bedroom apartment” - was very dark as the windows are small; it generally looked like an initially bigger place cut in two by drywalls.
On approach our place was flooded from the floor above. Both - bath and the living room where water was dripping from the ceiling lights.
It was late, hence we felt asleep to realize only in the morning how moist the place is.
The staff excuse was something like “this is the first time and never happened before”; although the floor carpet was already rolled into a corner, so it was known but the staff didn’t really care to fix it until we pointed out.
On the second day it was fixed as we told we’d leave, but the smell remained throughout our stay.
Water pressure was very low, nearly impossible to take shower.
Many broken thingies here and there, like a painting covering holes where a TV was supposed to be.
