The breakfast was a decent start to the day - I didn't expect it was going to be available. The location was amazing. Perfect! Access to the room was good, and the staff was responsive. The balcony was awesome! Great overlook to a nice central city hub spot.
All things can can be easily remedied: Linens were worn and old - some had small holes. The bathroom didn't have shelves to place shampoo and soap, so we had to place these on the shower floor. The room itself was very large but walls had some scuff marks and gouges on them in some placed from items banging into them (needs to be repainted).

Close to everything, staff was kind
The bathroom was stinking, we asked them to do something about it. They came, poured something in the drainage and then it became better for a little time. However, after that the smell was again really bad.
In addition it would be great if the window could be fully opened. If the AC is not on then there is no air.

Room was fine and bed was comfortable.
Noisy at night (people and pipes). Nobody at reception to leave luggage with in the morning.
