Natia, the manager, has gone out of her way to make our visit a memorable experience. From a room with a stunning view to perfect breakfast with a lot of varieties, to the sweet surprise celebration of my wife’s birthday. Natia is a great professional and kind human being. I will certainly stay in Monday again ❤️💐❤️

Lovely boutique style hotel, great location, professional staff who spoke English very well. Natia and her team went out of their way to make sure all our requirements were met. The rooms were clean and the shower was amazing. Great views onto the river; and an easy ten-minute walk to the nearest Metro. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tbilisi.

The location of the hotel was nice with Kura river view and within walking distance, you can find good Halal restaurants and supermarket. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Staff was really cooperative, accommodating and helpful. I asked to arrange extra bed in my room but at the time of check-in, it was not arranged but still they gave me an extra room free of cost to sleep at night and next day, two beds were arranged in my room, free of cost, and even some sweets were sent to my room as a good will gesture.
I even took milk for my baby twice at night and no charges were taken for them
The breakfast was quite average and there should be an option of ordering fresh eggs or pancakes.
During a heavy rain, there was some issue with electricity of the hotel and we had to stay without electricity for about 4 hours at night which was not a very pleasant experience.
