Very stylish hotel with good location

Staff, room, location, everything was perfect. There are very good restaturans in the area, also some small markets and wine shops too, and all in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The bar and restaturant areas were a little dark (might be different in the spring or summer though)

A great hotel for returning travelers

Beds and pillows are comfy. Staff is super nice. Bathrooms are great (although this might be the least intuitive shower controls I have seen in my life). Design is great - lighting is so-so beautiful, and using as much wood as possible is so great. Location is close to modern cafes, bars and restaurants popular among locals. If you've seen the main sights of Tbilisi already, a great place to feel the local vibes.

Similar to other Rooms (Kazbegi), very few storage facilities in the room. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room. Those shower valves... Location might be not the most "tourism-optimal", so if that's your first visit to Tbilisi - think twice.

Все ужасно!!

Вообще не понравилось. Номер был маленький и интерьер угнетающий. Кровать кожаная, а я аллергик. Персонал нерасторопный. И деньги сняли со счета непонятно почему

Все, кроме расположения! Своим поведением омрачили мой день рождения!!

Excellent location, cool vibe and good facilities

Excellent location, very cool bar and restaurant. Rooms are modern and the cleaning was top notch. Front office staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant staff need a little more customer service training. For example: I came down for breakfast one day and wanted to join my two friends, we tried to move their table closer to mine since I was sitting alone and they told us off for that, although the tables were already next to each other but say 10 inches apart! Secondly in the bar, we had some business cards which had some work questions on it for us to prepare for a meeting. We were told that we weren’t allowed to have them on the table as they were considered a “board game”. The only other negative is no coffee machines in the rooms.

Very good

The reception never answered the phone calls, the check out was lengthy, it took them 30 min to check minibar, definitely a problem due to shortage of staff. Room service food was not good.

amazing lobby, amazing restaurants, amazing design and atmosphere

design of rooms are week, strangely large lightning on top of bed, service average. i paid on booking.com and hotel could not see it, no cold water in shower, some things needs to be fixed, looks not maintained, noise come from all over (bad insolation) and etc

The staff at the reception, in my opinion, is fluent in Russian, but fundamentally does not speak it. In my opinion, this is one of the facets of nationalism. The rooms are not big, Put an extra bed for a child +20 usd. In my opinion, at this cost in Tbilisi, you can find better options.

Perfect as usual

Cozy and clean rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. I were here twice and we definitely will be back again. One the advantage of this hotel - dog friendly policy. The hotel as a good bar and restaurant as well as big variety of breakfast meals.

The light in the room as well as in the hotel are too dim.

1. Something was broken in bathroom and all night there were water drops from the ceil 2. Asked staff for a quite room but got a room near the staff room, so they were slamming a door whole morning.

Good stay for Tiflis ... close to very good restaurants

Great breakfast ... very good variety of fruit, bread and cakes. You can order eggs as you wish. They have different kinds of juices etc. And they also have a lots of typical foods you just find in Georgia.

Maybe a bit too much wood... makes the colours a bit dark. But this is a personal view. The overall atmosphereof the hotel is very nice and personal are very attentive
