Andrew was incredibly kind to me as I had to wait around until midnight for a flight out of Tbilisi

The location and the staff made our stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Booked taxis and restaurants. Recommendations for good restaurants. Breakfast was also outstanding.

It is the old city full of life expect a little night noise.

I had the opportunity to stay both in the double standard and single standard, and I was rather confortable in both!

mainly everything

walls were a little too tho’ and I could never figure out the thing situation, but on this latter point whom needed it. the location was amazing and their was so much to do otherwise!

Very good

Right in the heart of central Tbilisi / Old Town, great setting, very quiet and peaceful, rooms are cosy, and breakfast is home-made in front of you and delicious

One of the reception staff light up cigarettes at night in the internal courtyard, right by our window and funnily enough by a "no smoking" sign, and our room filled with smoke. Other than that, the rest of the staff were all great and welcoming !

No one available to open up despite knowing we would arrive at 05.30. Poor lighting in the bathroom which took two days to repair

A little gem.

Excellent location for walking around city, near to many bars and restaurants. Very helpful staff - organised airport transfer. Beautiful breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Was a bit of street noise through the night. Need Earplugs.

Not a comfortable stay.

Near city center.

The lighting in the room was very dim - should be brighter. The bathroom was not clean. Breakfast starts at 8.30AM - which is very late. My package tour started at 8.30AM and I had to meet the tour operator by 8.15AM. I had requested a box breakfast which was refused on the second day. The third day they provided a box breakfast as I had another tour for which I had to meet the tour operator once again at 8.15AM. The hotel is located on a very narrow by-lane. I saw quite a few drunks in the lane at 10.30PM, which was scary.

A beautiful quirky property where you feel like the guests of a family in atmospheric Tblisi.

The hotel is set on a quiet alley, less than minute away from the bussle of Kate Abkhazis Quicha, and a five minute meander through dilapidated, labrithine, old town backstreets to the "bright lights" of Freedom Square.

Cozy but not enough

Clean and quiet room. Nice staff Cozy design

Our room 11 has no view, under the level of street and somehow dark during the day Incomplete toiletries (no slippers,no toothbrush) Room service was not done automatically, but once they entered our room, just to take the iron! Breakfast was not a thing you want to eat for 3 days .

the Curtains were not covering all glasses in the room and hard to sleep during the day due to sun coming from everywhere

A comfortable “home-like” stay very close to the best restaurants and sights.

The location is pretty central in old Tbilisi. Exceptional breakfast with freshly baked bread and made-to-order eggs and Nespresso coffee.

That the staff speak very basic English. The shower outlet was blocked and didn’t allow for a free flow of water, but not too much of a headache.

great staff, nice breakfast, good location, quirky ambiance

the staff are great and the old house//hotel is nicely done - they have really made and effort and people are friendly and helpful.

some bits of it were not in great condition. some of it can’t be helped as it is an old house but some of it could be better - it does not quite live up to its ambition. cab driver found it very difficult to find. that could be a reflection on the cab driver!

Peaceful, quiet, and in a great location!

The breakfast was super! And we really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

We do not have any complaints. We would recommend this hotel to friends and we would stay here again.
