We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!
We could hear some noise from the street in the evening, but that’s understandable because of the central location.

The property is well located in a walkable area. The room is very comfortable, well appointed, and quiet for sleeping. I loved sitting on the balcony to read, relax, and listen to piano music from next door. Restaurant food is delicious!

I was very disappointed, especially as I had been looking forward to staying here because of the hotel’s location, history and design. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
The rooms are nicely designed and the bed was comfortable, but they are not particularly functional and could benefit from more practical amenities at least in bathroom I had specifically booked a room with a balcony, but was given a corner room facing a wall and a landing used for storage, if the view is restricted it should be mentioned.
Most disappointing was finding housekeeping carts, used towels and supplies constantly stored directly outside our room. When I mentioned this at check-out, the explanation was simply that they had nowhere else to keep them, which I found unacceptable for a hotel .
Breakfast was also disappointing and the service felt inexperienced and under-trained.
Overall, the property has character and a great location, but the service, organization and attention to detail need significant improvement. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would stay again.
The property itself has character, history and a great location, but hospitality is ultimately about how guests are welcomed and looked after. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, organization and attention to detail overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.
