I liked everything in the suite, everything was perfect and wonderful. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. But it would have been nice if there was a toilet spray or toilet bidet. But no problem. It was OK.

Excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. The room was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the overall service exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The place has a dedicated parking as promised.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.
It's a quiet place and perfect for family a little away from Tbilisi center.
The rooms were clean and tidy and really comfortable.
I liked there were Muslim showers in the hotel, a rare thing in Georgia.
The staff can be a little more smiling and friendly.
Although the room has safe, we couldn't operate it based on the instructions and the staff did not help us either, but this was a minor thing for our trip.

rooms are ok. in short, the infrastructure is good but service is NA.
Checkout time according to booking.com is 12:00, but the receptionist asked to vacate at 10:00. Strange. when my family told the agreed time, he at the reception did not agree. The hotel itself is good. staff/receptionist is rude. breakfast is arranged from outside and quite expensive. no milk for tea. no one to work as a porter.
