יש רק 2 כריות ראש לשינה בכל החדר.
השמיכה לא היתה בתוך הציפה.
שמתי אותה מעל הציפה, כי לא היה לי כוח להכניס לציפה.
התאורה לא ניתנת להדלקה חלקית בחדר - זה "הכל או כלום".
למה אין גליל נייר טואלט רזרבי?
רק גליל אחד.... זה קצת חסכני לא במקום הנכון.
החלון הגדול הנפתח למרפסת הקטנה היה תקול
חדר 203. לא ניתן לצאת למרפסת... או סתם לנשום אוויר. אז הדלקנו מזגן.

Très bien situé au cœur du vieux Tbilissi. Chambre très spacieuse, propre, calme. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel souriant et serviable. J'ai passé 5 nuits et n'ai rien à redire.

The location is excellent and was definitely the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. The receptionist who checked us in was clearly inexperienced. Since housekeeping was not available when we arrived, he handed us bedding and asked us to make up the sofa bed ourselves, even though the sofa bed had been included in our reservation.
In addition, because it was the summer season, the local custom is apparently not to use duvets. We were not informed of this, so we had to request blankets and additional bedding, which we again had to put on ourselves.
The receptionist openly told us that it was his very first night shift, and he provided the bedding based on what he thought was correct. While we appreciate his honesty and understand that everyone has to start somewhere, guests should not be expected to prepare their own beds due to a lack of training or staffing.
