+ The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of food. There was plenty of choice for those who enjoy English, French, Balkan, Levantine, vegan or vegetarian breakfasts. The berry sauce accompanying the pancakes was so delicious that inquiring about the recipe was inevitable, though the chef chose to keep the exact formulation a well-guarded secret.
+ Another commendable hotel offer is the outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area, food and drinks. The pool is 140 meters deep and very long, equally accessible to young and old, swimmers and non-swimmers.
+ Although not visible, the hotel organization is so capable that nothing is left to chance: there is always someone from the staff to help you when needed, they react adequately when something needs to be resolved or special attention is paid to a guest who has a birthday or similar.
- A minor drawback is that this huge hotel, which has about 20 floors, is equally attractive to various categories of tourists, which are not always fully compatible (for example, if family tourists arrive at the hotel in the middle of the night, they may encounter leisure-and-entertainment seeking tourists).

Everything was wonderful, as always. I have been coming to this hotel for the past five years, usually once or twice a year, and it has become my favourite place to stay in Tbilisi during my holidays.
I really love the location. The area has excellent infrastructure, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everything else you may need nearby. It feels like the centre of city life: lively, convenient and offering something for every taste.
The hotel staff are consistently well trained, welcoming and professional, and the service fully meets my expectations. I am an experienced traveller and have stayed in many international hotels across Europe, the United States and Canada, and I can confidently say that this hotel offers an excellent overall experience. It is not overly glamorous or pretentious, but everything is maintained to a very high standard.
I also love the international atmosphere, with guests from all over the world. A particularly memorable detail is that almost every time I stay here, there is a British junior rugby team at the hotel. They are cheerful, bring such a fun energy to the place, and at the same time are extremely polite — true young gentlemen.
The pool is one of the main reasons I keep returning. It is clean and beautifully maintained, and the whole area is designed with great attention to detail. There is wonderful sunshine, everything looks beautiful, smells fresh and feels spotless. The music is excellent, the food is delicious, and the towels are perfectly soft. You can simply stop thinking about everything, relax and fully recharge.
I rested so well during this stay that, when I returned home, I briefly forgot which floor I lived on. A funny but very accurate sign of a truly successful holiday!
Honestly, it is difficult to think of anything that could have been better, as the overall experience was excellent.
The only issue occurred when I sent some clothes to the laundry service. Unfortunately, a white mark appeared on a coloured item of underwear, apparently as a result of the cleaning process. It was disappointing, although it did not significantly affect my impression of the stay, which was otherwise wonderful.

Nothing that extra-ordinary
Hotel is very old and room was dusty and smelly. It was cold and AC heating wasn’t working properly and making lots of noise which doesn’t let you sleep. Hotel has weird “rules”. We bought burgers from nearby Mcdonalds and they said that we can’t eat anything bought from outside in the lobby. We asked them to show us place where we can eat and they said only inside your room, which doesn’t make a sense at all. We paid for this hotel but not allowed to drink even a single coffee if it’s bought from outside. They have “rules” but not meanings behind it. In general, we weren’t expecting such behaviour and such old rooms from a well-known chain hotel. Very disappointed
