Маленький домашний отель

Хорошее расположение, тихо, но очень близко к старому центру. Вкусный завтрак. Могут готовить яичницу (но правда ее предлагали только всем не русскоговорящим постояльцам). Милый формат завтрака, когда все сидят за одним столом. Хозяева очень приветливые. Они живут тут же в отеле. Стафф приятный, но минус, что ресепшн работает только до 16:00. Из комнаты вид на гору и выход на террасу. Ванная комната очень темная, но новая.

В комнате очень темно. Прям очень. Нет освещения сверху. Только боковые лампы. Фотографии комнат обработанные и были сняты в дневное время. Для меня очень важно, чтобы в комнате было светло, поэтому это минус. Ещё второй этаж достраивался, и между комнатами по полу идут одни доски через весь этаж. И если в одной комнате кто-то ходит, то ощущение, что это ходят в твоей комнате.

It was very dark not enough lights in the room and in the bathroom There was no bathroom kit only soaps and after 4pm there was no personnel insight the hotel

Amazing breakfast, cute small hotel, lovely staff, great location.

Such a cute hotel - lovely super friendly staff, the rooms were comfy and nicely decorated with personal touches and attention to detail. My favourite part was the amazing breakfast. Great location for the old town and walking to sights (despite the heat) as well.

Tiny detail: a bit more storage space both in the room and bathroom would have been nice. There were few areas to put things and no wardrobe

Excellent , Comfortable, Eclectic & Interesting

The eclectic concept of old town houses converted into a hotel. We had opted for a balcony suite & the balcony really made a difference. Tea in the morning and nightcap at night.. excellent. Liked the interesting breakfast spread and the sit at the table concept. Unusual but intimate and you start chatting to the other guest and share travel tips. Staff …. excellent rather with a capital E(xcellent). Nutsa was probably by far one of the nicest person we have met. She was super helpful, quick with tips and connecting us with tour organisers. Nutsa’s recommendation for restaurant were absolutely bang on. Thank You Nutsa. Tamta being the second person we met & interacted at Communal. She too was quick to send us some helpful links that we had requested plus she doubled up as our chef on the second day & cooked us excellent eggs for breakfast. 👏👏👍 Communal Solonaki.

There's got to be something special in the hotel. Sorry I didn't get it

The breakfast was good. Location is downtown. Nice terrace on the 2nd floor.

it is the hotel's front desk staff who cooks eggs for example. I suppose there could be some separate kitchen staff for this. There's one big table for all and only 6-8 people can have breakfast at the same time. The location is a bit complicated to find. No-one told us there's a terrace on the second floor. The terrace is the most beautiful place in the hotel. sorry that we found it one hour before checking out. The bed is as hard as a rock. The bathroom is so small that you touch the wall with your shoulders while sitting on a toilet.

Very nice and modern hotel, spacious room that got cleaned every day. Cozy terrace with a nice view. Personnel was friendly and hospitable. Breakfasts were amazing! Definitely staying here again when we're back in Tbilisi.

Stylish hotel with tasty breakfasts.

Good location, friendly staff, always available for us to answer any questions or help. Beautiful interior and fantastic breakfast (but the coffee wasn’t so good)

if you are sensitive to any noise - we stayed in the room close to the reception, so one could hear guests checking in / talking outside of the room. note that there is also no common area for a bigger group to hang out. there is a very cute balcony where several people can fit, but not after 7pm

Adorable place!

This hotel is an absolute gem, it takes a short walk from the city center to get there and there is no elevator, but it is an old building with a history - you get what you paid for and much more. Not only we got upgrade to bigger room, but we were able to get help with booking a spa session and get some recommendations. Breakfast is an experience, big table in the cellar, with so many local delights. We also got a take away lunch boxes due to very early check-out. Last, but not least, people working here are extremely friendly, so overall it was pure pleasure to stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Polite staff (when you find any)... Nice breakfast if not served in your room. Clean rooms.

It's definitely not a four star hotel as it says. Just a little lie to attract customers. Rather boutique hotel with no reception and no 7/24 staff available. Open buffet is available only when number of guests is high. When this number is low then the breakfast turns to room service.

Breakfast was exceptional. Terrace was gorgeous, and the staff very welcoming and friendly.

They made our wedding day very special ❤️ Locals say it’s the most authentic hotel in Tbilisi, and it’s true! The breakf

It’s super stylish! Georgians told us it’s one of the most authentic hotels in the city and I couldn’t agree more. Also, the breakfast is probably the most unusual ones I’ve ever seen in a hotel (exceptionally delicious too). It’s not a usual buffet. instead, you sit at a big table together with other guests and share food. The staff is very friendly. We stayed in this hotel to celebrate our wedding and it was the best decision! They turn on a very pleasant music every day and thanks to that we now have not one but two OUR songs that we will listen to to get back to our wedding day when there were only two of us in love.

The lighting in the room is a little weird and if you want to do your makeup, it can be hard 😝 There’s no elevator. Better ask for a room at the ground floor if you have difficulties with taking the stairs.

Excellent hotel, exceeded all expectations, will come here again

Excellent hotel, exceeded all expectations. Very clean, amazing view, close to the city center. Located in a nice district. Service is amazing, really good airport transfer, we arrived late at night and the taxi driver was nice and kind to meet us. Terrace is great, the concept is nice - we met many nice people during our vacation.
