Excellent location and facilities; the male receptionist was very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean too
The only downside was the lack of an elevator, we had to use the stairs with a lot of luggage to our room on the fifth floor, but otherwise, it was great

A first misunderstanding about the absence of an elevator to our 5th room was quickly remedied and the staff were always friendly. The rooms were basic but comfortable and the rooftop terrace was a great surprise. The neighbourhood is interesting- and just far enough from the tourist areas to feel authentic.
Breakfast was a little basic and there was no hot water on the last day.

Location in a quiet area, nice staff, and good breakfast.
The room was not clean when I arrived, in the bathroom a lot of hair on the floor. The smell from the bathroom is disgusting and you have to request for cleaning, which is very weird. Even if you request to clean the room, they will change the towels, and make your bed, this is called cleaning, and I wouldn't say that this is a hotel with this type of service, it is rather a motel.
